HEK glass is outstanding to work with. Called about getting glass shelves for bar cabinets and they provided a quote over the phone. Great quality, great price , fast , the best customer service I have experienced in past 10 years. They did such a good job I came back the following week for a full length mirror and they exceeded my high expectations again. I HIGHLY recommend them for all you glass needs.

We purchased our pair doors through Hek’s. They came in as ordered and has amazing service from Peyton & Ashley!
We had one small problem with a handle/closer and they handled it immediately with no problems.

ROAD HAZARD!!!
One of the most important things about having a good and professional business is not engangering others which includes on the road, and acting with your company in mind. In my case around 4pm Friday going north on 75 back to Michigan the truck swings up on my right going what seemed about 90 in a 55, knowing that they looked like an aggressive driver breaking so abruptly after going so fast I slowed just enough if they tried to cut me off it would prevent an accident and what do you know? He threw his truck over right in front of me with a super fast lane change and no turn signal then sped off.
Amazing what actions can do, but as someone in the contracting business this is awful etiquette endangering others on the road to try to speed your way past everyone... Even if it's on a Friday.
FYI sped up to try to catch the plate for this review, this is the best we got. G7K400

I highly recommend HEK glass! They were so helpful and had my mirrors done in no time! They explained the installation process and told me to call if I had any problems. Needless to say, I had problems since I wasn't experienced in this process. They answered my question and had me back on track. Very easy going employees who are experienced and happy to help!

Can I just saw...this place is awesome. To say that the people are great is such an understatement! They're always able to give wonderful suggestions to improve your project, the prices are good for high quality products, and lead times are short. If you have a glass related project, do yourself a favor and go to Hex glass.

What a wonderful experience with this company. I live very remotely and they were the only one who would even have a conversation with me to get one of my windows fixed in my house. She offered the option for me to drop the window off which I took them up on not only did this save me time but it saved me a lot of money which she noted. Very positive both times I spoke to her and even complimented me on my sons personality who dropped them off. This is what customer service used to be and what I wish it was everywhere now. Great job team! I will be back and I will refer you.

Awesome service. I had 4 glass shelves that needed to be trimmed just a bit to allow for the new LED tape lights to fit. Had them at another glass company, let's call them "cheerful", for a week and they had not been touched for several different reasons. Called HEK. Ashley said to bring them over and they might be able to run them through the polisher a few times to take care of this issue while I waited. She didn't know they had been sitting at Cheerful for a week; it was just how HEK does things. I got tied up and couldn't get over there until about 15 minutes before they closed. Everyone was extremely pleasant and took care of my things in a few minutes. Could not have been a better experience! I don't expect things this fast every time but it was great to see. Ashley and the guys in the back were as nice as could be!They have a sign up that you can choose two of these three: Fast, Good, Cheap. Hate to tell them but they proved it wrong today! HEK did all three!!Will I use HEK again? Or recommend them to others? To quote their t-shirts, HEK yeah!
