I am really disappointed with the way of their customer service after I waited 2.5 months ( order day 6/1/24 ) for my chair to come in which was suppose to be Aug 14th Frances Hall called me & said it is far for the day to be deliver on 9/13/24 I said why but she didn’t know so she asked me which morning or afternoon I said early morning I thought she will give me a 2H window but she said they will send me an email a day before delivery date to let me know when they r coming I asked if she can put an early morning request then I can take off from work because I can’t take 1/2 day for delivery but no she was so careless I said I can’t & then she said she can’t I asked for my money back & she said yes she will do the refund. I never saw that way of customer service she didn’t even bother to ask or do anything.

Connie and Anna were excellent. Their honesty and expertise were extremely valuable as I am buying furniture for my first home. It was a great experience and I'll be going back.

Havertys Furniture conveniently located in Lexington, Kentucky is amazing. From the moment that you walk in door to the time that you leave (and beyond) everyone makes you feel welcome and appreciated. Our sales consultant - Dave Fosburgh is an excellent salesman. He even came in early to continue our excellent experience with this location. He truly went above and beyond. The entire team at this location works well together.
