“I did a delivery to Day's Plumbing Supply in a semi truck with a 53 foot trailer.Just looking at the dock I was hoping to back up to, I wasn't sure if this was going to happen. I couldn't ask for better help from the guys that came out and did most of the work guiding me. I was blind because of the angle I was in, my mirrors didn't turn far enough for me to see anything. But I had some really great people guiding me back and it wasn't anywhere near as tough a job to get backed up to the dock door as I had thought it would be. A very professional and extremely helpful group of people. I looked around while I was getting unloaded and I can say that Day's Plumbing Supply has a wide selection of plumbing supplies and they appear to be able and ready to service any plumbing needs. “Went to harbor freight today is Sunday April the 14th 2024 Jenna was so helpful with everything that I was asking about she called several different stores to see if they had the item available for me she never made me feel like I was asking too many questions even though I was asking a lot of questions she never made me feel like I was asking too many questions she did not get frustrated at all Jenna is awesome”

“I was on the hunt for a 1/2 inch 20 thread lug bolt for a very particular project; ended up going to 8 different places, with these folks being stop #7. While they didn't have the part, they had no issue giving me a very similar part for free to try. They even made recommendations on other places to try; the customer service was fantastic. It felt very personal and quaint in the best way possible. I'll be coming here for any more odds and ends, bolts and nuts, as time goes on. 10/10”

“The Lowes in Paintsville, Ky is one of the nicest, and their employees are so willing to help you with any needs. I've been in a lot of Lowes stores, and this one is top-notch. The cabinet and countertop department is the very best in the state. So, if you are looking to buy cabinets or countertops, you should go to Lowes in paintsville and talk to Sankie he knows his job very well and so pleasant to work with. He worked with me to find out what kind of cabinets I wanted and he listened to my specific needs. The cabinets he helped me pick out were perfect. “If you know what you want then use their curbside pickup. It's well organized and very fast. I've had back surgeries and find it difficult to walk through stores and standing in line is even worse. Every order I have done was ready in minutes. Fast friendly and accurate. You just can't ask for a better system.”

“I live in Nicholasville and I rented a garden tiller from this store and have for the past 3 years .When I got their I had rented the wrong tiller online. They were accommodating and got me the one I needed. Because of this they had to spend time to clean out the debris from the tines because the previous customer did not. They started my rental time from when I left the store. After getting home I got part way through my project and the tiller busted. Do to an already damaged handle. I called the store and they said I could swap it out with another one. When I got the tiller back to the store I pointed out the damage that was not my fault and told them I didn’t have the time to swap out the tiller I was done for the day. I didn’t want to spend more time and gas to drive back into Lexington to return a substitute tiller. Without me asking my bill was adjusted. This has been the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I will continue to shop and rent from this store. Thank you to the three men in equipment rentals that helped me.”

“They are great! After a terrible experience at Lowe’s in Mt Sterling, I ordered my other air conditioner at Home Depot in Lexington. They are great. Order arrived on time and had it waiting on me when I arrived and loaded it in my car. Skip Lowe’s and go to a great store!”
