Worst motel ever..first off…they offer free wifi but only for phones and not devices. ..seriously? That’s what I was told when I took my iPad to the front desk cause I couldn’t get online. Next the smell in the room was so strong I can barely breathe. Was burning my husbands eyes and nose. Not sure if it was a cleaner or what. The one bed makes loud and I mean loud noises every time you even touched it. It made an uncovered metal box spring seem quiet. So we told the clerk we were checking out..he stated he couldn’t check us out and he would talk to the manager in the morning. I mean we may have been there 30-45 minutes. He didn’t even give my husband any paperwork! So we left and checked in down the road at a Fairfield Inn. Clean and smell free and quiet. We will probably have to dispute the charge with our charge card company. HORRIBLE! And now we see they charged our card $180 after telling us the room was $112! Even with fees this is way high! UPDATE: we stopped in on the way out to talk to the manager. Of course the night clerk had relayed no info. We had our receipt from the place we stayed which showed a tone and that means we were there less than 45 min. Cause we know when we got to the Hampton. When we told him the issues his response was..”was there something wrong with the suite?” Really? We just told you all that was wrong. He said you checked in we aren’t giving you a refund. He just kept repeating to us over and over—“well you checked in”. When I stood up to him and said he should be giving us a refund he said my name wasn’t on the reservation so he wasn’t dealing with me and only my husband! Then he ordered me to leave the property..he said it was his civil right! This guy was a total and complete jerk. We will be disputing this charge and he said we will dispute it as well. Real professional and really cares about customer service! I am also contacting corporate on this.

I was a little nervous to stay here after reading recent reviews. Our room was great. It was also very clean. The pool was nice and the breakfast had something for everyone. We were very pleased.

We always stay at this location when visiting and the service is polite and great. However, room 126 on the first floor we just stayed in had horrible moist carpet that when walked on with bare feet, turned your feet black and was sticky. It desperately needs replacing.

AC would not stay on, the room never stayed cold. One of the outlets in the bathroom didn't seem to work and the faucet was really stiff and creaky and barely worked in the sink.

Room was clean, but they don't fix tears in wallpaper and maintain the bathroom faucets that were very hard to use. The biggest issue I have is that, even though Noone went #2, the toilet is clogged, and you can't flush. We called the front desk, and they said no one could come and fix it until we'll after we were gone.

Awful experience. Stopped here in the middle of a family road trip with 2 young kids. Front desk staff, specifically “Kellesha” (typo maybe?) is extremely rude. Not what I expect, or have ever experienced, from Hilton. Upon asking Kellesha for a pillow, for the pullout bed that the hotel provides, I was told to “step aside” from the desk and essentially to shut up when requesting ONE EXTRA PILLOW. I was then told they had no additional pillows because they were “sold out”. I’m not sure what selling out has to do with an “extra” pillow for a bed that is provided as part of the room and is being used as intended. The pull out bed had no linens, the linens bag in the room (where they are supposed to be) was empty. Kellesha told me to return to my room and she would bring up the sheets.
45 minutes later, no sheets have arrived and Kellesha is now texting us through the automated text service that Hilton uses stating that it is OUR FAULT that we “waited” (we checked in an hour prior to this) until 9-10pm to request linens. I would love for someone at Hilton to explain to me how that it is my fault that you, A HOTEL, does not have enough linens for each bed in your hotel. Please. I’d love to hear it.
Hotel code in Kentucky requires each bed to have a sheet for each occupant, a pillow, and a pillow case. It is against the state of Kentucky’s hotel code to not have these items. I don’t think I’m that out of line for requesting a PILLOW and BED LINENS.
Anyone seeking to stay here - do not. If you must stay here, bring your own bed linens I guess. Also, fingers crossed for you that Kellesha is not working during your stay. I’ve never had such an awful experience in any hotel, let alone a Hilton, which was always my go-to.

The beds were evidently old and uncomfortable, lots of the building was showing its age.

This hotel is very conveniently located near I64 and I75 as well as many places to eat and shop. I’m a regular at Hampton Inns and this was not the nicest location. The hotel is dated as are the rooms. This was my first time staying in a hotel with a pet and thought it was nice that they have an area dedicated to pet relief.

We chose this place because of the location and it was a Hilton hotel. You have to “exchange” towels instead of just getting extra when needed. When my son went to the front desk to exchange towels, no one was there. I called the front desk from the room. No answer. My son waited a good ten minutes and nothing. Then I went with him and yelled for someone for another 5 minutes. Nothing. I called from my phone after leaving the desk (our room was literally 30 seconds from the front desk) and I called from the main number on the website and someone answers immediately(possibly Alisha?) and it appears they would answer calls from the main line but not “0” from the rooms. When the woman answered she said the front desk was on a break(no sign posted,) was aggressive about why they had to exchange towels and all I asked was if someone would be there when we returned to get towels since we couldn’t just get them or have them exchanged at the room.
We found a decent sized cockroach crawling on the wall (I informed the day shift front desk woman and she was apologetic and nice.). This hotel might need to get better service for the night shift. It wasn’t a total dump and it served it purpose for my family to sleep, but definitely no plans of returning here.

I was in town for my daughters cheer competition and decided to stay at the Hampton off I 75 Lexington and I and my daughters had a great time Emmy and Kellesha was awesome and a very GREAT help!!! We needed help finding a place to eat local and Emmy jumped right to giving us diffrent options of places to go.. Kellesha went out of her way to help myself and family.. My girls had an amazing time down at the pool.. The hotel always had stocked towels at the pool witch made things even better at the pool... The rooms had plenty of space and the breakfast was hot and the girls LOVED the waffe bar Thanks to all the Hilton Staff this was an amazing trip and if we are in the area again we will definitely be staying at Hampton ❤️
