Bought Airpower X1 boots. Tops are EXCELLENT, they are comfortable, excellent for wide feet, easy to put on and take off, have excellent tread grip, soft and durable leather! BUT the rubberized foam between the tops and the soles has literally disintegrated. Resorted to trying silcone glue and E6000 (after weeks without response from NuShoe, the official repairer for Haix). Sadly, these boots are a waste of money. I'll buy something else.

Good while they lasted. As is apparent from the photo of the heel, these boots were far from worn out. I'm surprised that an expensive pair of boots fell apart like this.

These boots have perishable quality in a short time even without use... their soles fall apart... boots for that price that are useless without use, it is a scam

The shoe sole is very hard, not very comfortable for someone who is constantly having to bend a lot. We decided to give the Haix Black Eagle athletes a try, we saw that they had good reviews and we were constantly having to purchase new shoes for my husband due to the sketchers would wear out too fast. He is a Tow Operator. He tried the Haix on wore them for a week and we ended up reordering him some sketchers. The Haix look nice, sturdy the shipping was fast but they just don't work for him. Maybe if you aren't constantly squatting to do your job, they may be good. They just aren't good for him. Unfortunately since he wore them we can't return them so we are basically out @$200. And have some expensive shoes just laying in the house as door props.

I ordered my first pair of Haix Duty Boots after a visit to the booth at Shotshow. I was impressed by how comfortable they were right out of the box. I always have concerns with different kinds of boots and how well they polish up. They definitely passed the test. Pleased all the way around!

The Black Eagle Athletic 2.1 T Low is the most comfortable pair of work shoes I have ever used over the years as a K9 handler/trainer.The quick laces with lace pocket is a nice feature i like. The grip is there in all the working conditions I've put them through in south Florida so far. The quality is A1. Easy to clean, they dry out pretty quickly. I highly recommend Haix. I haven't found a quality, functional, COMFORTABLE work shoe that my left ankle can handle for a long period of time without being in pain till i put on these Haix Black Eagle Athletic 2.1 T Low. They have gained a forever loyal customer.

The boots are well built. Quality materials . I got the FL 2.0 high for work. I work in Corrections. The bad…..literally zero cushion in the insoles. Feels like my heels are on pounding cement all day long. Also the boots are very squeaky. Hopefully after 3 weeks the squeaks of the leather would leave but so far they have not. For 219.00 a pair I would expect more comfort and support. So be careful about wearing them as the return process is for not worn boots. Aftermarket insoles and try and figure out the squeaking leather is my goal.

Like most other reviews, I found the boots to be comfortable right away and they look great. But I am three months in, and I still have a major squeak. So much so that is a running joke in my department. I had a company representative reach out to me by email asking me if I was happy with the boots. I mentioned the intense squeak and I was promised boot oil twice but I have not received it yet. Based on comfort and look I do like these. Based on the follow up and the incredibly loud boot squeak, I would not recommend these.

Bought the "Black Eagle Athletic 2.0 VT High Side Zip Desert" two and a half years ago. I walk all day for work, often through rough terrain so footwear is a very important part of my gear.I literally could not have made a better choice with these boots. True to size, no break-in period to speak of, zero blisters, durable, super comfortable, lots of grip, and lots support for my weak little baby ankles. I used these boots every day and easily put 1000+ miles on them. The ONE minor drawback are the zippers. Yes, they're convenient to quickly zip in and out of, but they are also a weak spot. The original zippers broke after about a year. I had a cobbler put new zippers in, and these zippers just bit the dust a few weeks ago. I'm down to wrapping electrical tape around them until I can get new zippers installed.Regardless, I love these boots and absolutely will be getting another pair if these ones ever actually wear out.

After contacting customer service during a deployment to a devastated area, I was told there was nothing they can do because the product was out of warranty. Problem is, this was the first time I actually used the boots other than a few training days. The product I chose to purchase and represent was hurting me while on a mission. I paid a lot of money for this product and because this is the actual first time I wear them 20 hours a day while walking 8 miles a day is frustrating. I was sent on a mission during hurricane Ian and had to get my toe wrapped every morning by our medical staff in order for me to do my job. Warranty or not, the right toe cap is rubbing on my toe. I can without a doubt say that I will not be wearing them anymore nor making a purchase for your products again. You would figure that company that deals with first responders would try to correct any issues.Thank you for your time.

We orded these boots for my husband, and after the second time wearing them the clip that holds the shoe lace broke off. Other than that my husband says they are good boots, but for that price, nothing should be falling off that quickly.

I purchased the Haix Protector Ultra Lime Boots back in April/May 2021 and I am extremely impressed by the stability, comfort and the overall make of the boots. I'm a rock scaler/rope access based in BC, Canada, and the Haix Protector Ultra Lime can take a beating and will always be my boot of choice in the future. And I have to say, the customer service is a breath of fresh air as they make sure their customers are treated well. Will never buy any other brand of boot.

I'm a wildland firefighter with the forest service and tried out your Missoula boots this season. They're very comfortable and lightweight, but the tabs that lock the laces in place on the top of your foot are very uncomfortable. They make taking the boots on and off more cumbersome and they keep the laces from flexing across the top of my foot, causing pain across the top of my arch. I and a coworker who has them replaced the laces with p-cord, which helps because it slips through those tabs a bit better, but it is still more of a pain than a wanted or needed feature.

Ordered a pair of boots, they cut the circulation in my toes off. I wore them one day and they would not accept the return. Worst experience ever with a company.
