Taylor provides such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. She is professional, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Not only does she provide an excellent facial, she also provides great skincare products and tips to maintain your smooth, glowing face at home. I had a 150.00 gift card which had expired. I was so disappointed because it was a gift from my daughter when I visited her in ky. The manager honored it and I was so fortunate to have the owner do my color and cut. I am over the top in love with my color and this young lady was so friendly and I had a blast while I was there. Best place to go from Ky to New Hampshire where I am from. I forgot to mention she has the cutest puppy ever.

Kelsey has been doing my hair since Sophie left. The product quality is there and the communication of texts and email is super useful. I always feel like I can go and get my work done and kill two birds with one stone when I have my hair days and I just love it.

I love this Salon! I went in for a color correction yesterday and Hillary did a fantastic job! She was attentive and really did everything she could to improve the quality of my hair, as well as the color. The color I got was exactly what I asked for! A rich brown/mocha with notes of auburn and caramel! She trimmed my ends without taking too much off, after finding out I wanted to grow my hair out again. And she didn’t judge me for the damage I did to my own hair. She then styles my hair and it has such bounce and luster now! I’m extremely satisfied with my results as well as the service I received! <3 Hillary is fantastic! Edit: also feel I should mention, I was able to have my daughter brought to me during my processing.her dad had to go to a meeting and Hillary told me it would be perfectly fine for him to bring my daughter up to the salon, which made my experience that much easier!

My favorite hair place in Lexington! Hillary saved my hair after I tried to bleach it on my own. All the staff are super kind and accommodating. Also, I've had them wax my eyebrows several times and have always been happy with the results!

I had an extension consultation yesterday with Katie and it was awesome. Not only was she so friendly and welcoming she offered me an option no one else had that was exactly what I had been searching for. She walked me through the process and the pricing. Needless to say I scheduled to secure my spot. Thank you Katie and the lovely ladies at Hairport, absolute class act.
