My son and I visited Toyota New Circle Rd at the beginning of August, and he purchased a brand-new Toyota Camry 2025 for $35000.
We waited for one month and received the car from the factory.
On 8/17, the car did not start; our excitement was short-lived, as the vehicle failed to start within one week of our purchase. We had to call a towing company, who returned the car to the New Circle Rd store. This unexpected turn of events was frustrating and inconvenient for us. On Monday, 8/19, they called and said the car was running. My son brought the car. However, the car did not start again for the second time on 8/31. We called the towing company, and they came and took the vehicle back to the New Circle Rd store for the 2nd time. We met with Jeremy Portwood, the assistant services manager, who was rude and had no experience with customer service and insulting behavior. He treated us negatively. We also requested a car rental because the car was still under warranty. The sales agent sent us to the services department. The services department sent us to the sales department, but in the end, we did not receive any help or support because it was a weekend. We had a wedding and were very stressed with the car situation. Then we missed his cousin's wedding. The 2025 Camry car with 600 millages is in the New Circle Rd store, and we are waiting for a call from the services department. We sincerely hope that this issue can be resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
This is the 5th car we bought from Toyota, and we are a loyal customer, but unfortunately, we had a bad experience with awful customer care. Also, this situation has caused us significant emotional distress, disrupting our important family events and leaving us with a negative impression of your brand. As a result of this experience, we have decided not to invest in or buy a Toyota car.

Last month, I bought a Toyota Camry Hybrid 2025 from Toyota Green straight from the factory. Also, as for peace of mind, I did end up purchasing an extended warranty, and I rarely drove the car, I don’t do a lot of driving; I have only 600 miles on it so far; however, two weeks ago, on the weekend I decided to drive to out of town when I turned the car on I ended getting an error message “ hybrid system malfunction please contact your dealership, “ and I was unable to put the car in reverse or drive it the car gear was locked, so I ended up calling the tow company and taking it to Green’s Toyota, and I figured since I have a warranty on it, I am also eligible for a loaner, however when arrived there the stated the cannot provide a loaner because it was Saturday and I have to wait until Monday, I mean they could’ve loaned me any used car they have on the lot however they claimed the cannot, so I ended up with no car over the weekend unable to this was on the 08/17/2024, ended up getting errands stuck unable to run or drive to work , so I had to wait on Monday until their so called Hybrid tech diagnose the issue , On Monday I did receive call from Justin Lisle stating the tech did take a look however he was unable to produce the error code so you just need to take it back , where in fact a simple google search will tell what the is the issue which it can be isolated to faulty vehicle battery cells , inverter , fuse or the 12v battery pack, I did ask him if they can check with factory he said they will not do it until they see the code so basically you have tech depends on piece of machinery and computer to tell him what he needs to do not much of trained tech . So, I got the car, drove it home, and parked in the driveway. However, again, I rarely ended up paying another $ 2500 for an extended warranty to cover any electronic issues. On Labor Day weekend, Saturday 08/31/2024 , I decided to drive out of town to my cousin's wedding, and again, I had the same issue where the vehicle was not drivable and with the same error message: “ Hybrid system malfunction.” this time, I decided to call a tow truck again once I arrived there I was angry upset and furious I bought expensive car latest Camry it was supposed to be a top-notch car I felt cheated they took my money, so I ended speaking with on-duty manager Jeremy Portwood request to fix the car and get a loaner car so I can make it to my cousin wedding however Jeremy was rude he spoke with insulting condescending tone saying tough luck I cannot help other than take your information he was inconsiderate, he did not even try to defuse the situation this manger was supposed to be Toyota’s representative however he did not care at all a guy with zero customer service should not be in this position in company like Toyota , so it looks like this is not the Toyota that I know by the contact I signed I was eligible for loaner where the could have give me a care from their used car lot , car so basically they took my money and they failed to provide me with service they have committed to provide , with rude and nasty supervisor response I forced to leave the car and ended up cancelling my travel plans and miss my cousin wedding.

Ron Snapp has always been the salesperson that we have always gone to. It has been great doing business with him after all these years. He always knows the answers to all of our questions we have on vehicles. He is very timely in getting things done! I was looking for a specific vehicle and he had it within a week. Always respectful and never pushy. Go see him! He will treat you right every time!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Daniel Collins, at Greens Toyota, and I can’t speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment we walked in, Daniels professionalism and attention to detail were evident. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, providing updates and explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. He did everything to make our car buying experience as smooth as possible and took his time to show us all the bells and whistles of our new vehicle before we drove it off the lot.
