Just walked in since in line wouldn’t let me check in and the lady was so rude I ended up walking out. I bring my son in every 2 weeks I know there’s plenty of other customers to still go and I probably won’t make a difference but I’m so sick of our standards today being subpar

I'd give no stars if it was an option! Did not cut my son's hair how I asked for it to be cut. Had to take my son to another salon to have them fix it! (The other salon was amazing by the way.) Pretty sure the stylist needs to retire! Not good with kids 7 or 8 years old at all! Would never go there again or recommend them to anyone EVER!! If you want them to mess your hair up go there otherwise steer clear!

Never use this place again Shawnna was very rude sort of racist and chopped my hair like she didn't know what she was doing . Lady when someone tells you they want layers blend in the layers don't just chop up their hair I did get a refund but this lady doesn't need hair salon license. The board Is my next call . Also she needs to be written up . Very awful experience. Never going back .

Every time we come, my son gets great attention from most of the stylists while getting cut up. Whitney is amazing!!!! She is kind, listens, and so personable. There is a blonde lady who I think may be thr manager...she is a little snarky for my taste, so we try to avoid her when possible. She especially gets snarky when we seem to go out of order and ask for Whitney when she is present.

The last two times I've come by the computers have been down and they have been cash only. Staff acts like they don't want to be here and that is reflected in how they treat customers.

Glad to see I''m not the only one leaving who has had a negative review about this location. Took my mom to get a quick trim and was told they only accept cash. We were told that their card machine was down and had been that way for 3 months. They told us to go to any ATM and get cash to come back. Before leaving we observed them swiping someone's card because the customer said they had no other way to pay. Sorry but this just seems like they are avoiding taxes or something illegal. I'd personally stay far away.

Whitney cut my hair into a Bob. It's absolutely adorable. She did an amazing job. This is my first hair cut in Lexington and I will definitely be back.

We wouldn't know what to do without our Whitney!! She does a phenomenal job on every type of cut for years and the always varying hair of mine and my daughter's..... Whitney has our business forever, Great Clips is so lucky to have her!!

Have been a regular at this location for a long time now and came in 10 minutes before closed and was told closed when the sign says open, I will not be back. The places of business I’ve came across over a lifetime that care do not close before the time it says. this is false advertising and an issue in my eyes, I check a business out in all aspects and further more will not use this company again. Turn your sign off if your closed.

I am a client of Shawnee at Beaumont Great Clips in Lexington, KY. I have been going there for about a year since my former hairdresser retired. I love Shawnee! She is very professional and at the same time extremely friendly and wants to give her clients the haircut they want. I am a fan of Great Clips!

What did I do wrong? The female hairdresser went told me to never come back behind my back. After my son's haircut, the back hairline didn't match and I asked for a 'one time' fix. She told me to get out of the way and she'd show me when she was done. I didn't interfere in any way, I was just standing back and watching after asking for a fix. What did I do wrong? This place called Great Clips place I would never want to go near again.Your salon lost a lot of money just because of that one rude hairdresser.
