Showed up to pick up a critical item at 4:25, 5 minutes before they close, after sitting in traffic for 1 hour to get here. They refused to let me pick up the item since they were closing early. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional

Fantastic!! Customer service was exceptional. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable in their job. Price was the best that we have found for the items purchased. We will definitely come back in the future and will recommend Grainger to others.

Trying to buy yoke ends. Said they were available on their website. Drove to store and they looked up the wrong part. Told them of their error. Then they just said no, we don't have those. Not helpful at all.

I needed some slatwall shelf brackets and I checked their website and didn’t see them but I did see the slatwall. So I called in and first person I talked to was nice and helped through and when we couldn’t find it on the catalog she refereed me to a specialist.but their specialist was very rude, I explained to him if u look online u would see what they looked like as a majority of them were the same type which I needed. But a,l he kept saying I need the manufacture nam, which I didn’t know since i bought the slatwalls used. Eventually he said if it’s not on the website we don’t have in in a condescending tone. Avoid them if you can
