Kim Kyla has been extremely helpful in assisting me with ordering drinks for my wedding. I cannot recommend her enough, she’s prompt and always available to answer my questions and she’s very precise and reliable. She also helped me throughout the entire process and I’m very grateful for her. Her customer service is beyond exceptional and wonderful. God bless her richly.

Worst worst worst customer service. Rude, never have order ready . You ask for someone to retrieve an item from freezter You get ignored. So many things wrong with customer service it would take forever to type . The entire management needs training. Staff don't care because the managers don't care . There is no follow up . They are lazy, unprofessional and two of the male managers could care less smh. For a business owner that needs supplies and spends ample amounts of money you'd think they would be more willing to help . I pray Lexington gets another bulk food vendor . Ive shopped gfs for a decade in Louisville and never was treated the way these people treat me.

I love GFS! You can quickly run in and grab what you need. GFS is great for people who want access to bulk items but don’t want to pay for a membership to other wholesalers stores.
