One of your employees at this place is RUDE. And you really need to reevaluate whether you need to be in customer service. A white old man with a beard. Since I arrived he started to follow us and started to say care what you said. I fell so angry and upset.

I wanted to buy a old cheap camera but it didn’t have a price on it.The cashier started to look it up and said it was “expensive” and I mention it was cheap on eBay. Then she mentioned they used ETSY prices and not eBay.Which is all time high stupid and unreliable for prices charts.I said if the camera was going to be more than 5$ then I don’t want it.She then THREW/TOSSED the camera into a empty bin.I don’t know why I should pay “more” when the stuff isn’t even being handled properly. This goodwill is a joke and shouldn’t be using Etsy as a reliable source to price things out.I just noticed I was charged 4.99 for a pair of shorts I never even got. I truly don’t trust this goodwill anymore.

They use Etsy to price match things out and things get overpriced. I got a feeling they up charge, hold it and resell them on ebay or Etsy.Is sad because goodwill is supposed to help the public. Not make a profit.

This goodwill holds things for people behind the counter and for their friends. I was looking at a couple items when a customer and an employee practically pushed me out of the way to get the items I was looking at for that customer to get. The worker took them behind the counter and held them for her. I wasn’t upset about them holding them but the fact that the employee thought it was okay to almost push me out of the way for their friend.

Absolutely ridiculous store to try to help people in need the prices are outrageous and the workers make up their own prices and change them at their own will. For a place that has things donated to them by people with good hearts you raise the prices so high that people that are struggling can't even afford to buy a used t-shirt that you can buy cheaper at Walmart and the employees some of them are ridiculous the one that just checked me out girl named Bobbie or Robbie was absolutely rude made up her own price on something I will never take my business there again and I will never donate anything from place of business that we donate or from my home Goodwill you have gone downhill really fast

This is the best goodwill I’ve been to. The staff is so friendly and it really feels like a community. The selection is amazing. I always find good homewares and clothes. Better finds than the more expensive thrift stores. I always refer people to this location.

Dingy dark lighting and very over-priced. Found nothing worth bringing home. Higher priced than most stores. Probably won't be back.

There are a lot of shoppers, so their stock is well picked over. However, donations are also constantly being dropped off. Thus, the stock is being constantly replenished. I recommend getting there early before the resellers have a chance to purchase the best items. That's right, some people are profiting from buying up what is donated to the poor and reselling it, so you'll need to get there before they do, which is usually around 12pm.

Better than most Lexington Goodwills. I found a few things that I would buy.

I HAVE to say this because I feel as if I do have a right being a FREQUENT donator to Goodwill Industries, and having supported them for as long as I can recall in shopping in the store, but as of the past year or so, they've really gotten out of hand overpricing. It's not just one store either; I've visited several here in Lexington and they're pricing items like I could get them New at a TJ Max or Marshalls and NEVER in the condition for the price. Also, I think it's about time they start being more selective in their acceptance if they're going to be charging so much, they could do well to implement new protocols around the cleanliness and sanitation of the stock. Maybe they could start turning items away if they're not clean or better yet, get a cleaning system going that could restore and replenish used goods. I've always loved "Thrift shopping," but there's nothing thrifty about shopping at Goodwill anymore.

The New Cir Rd location goodwill has gone down hill fast this year... this stuff is donated to you all for free which personally now ill donate to a church before i give to this "non profit"... GW does not care about its local customers just there "bottom line" so they are forced to over price things its not managements fault per say but they are being squeezed hard by GW corporate to make sure they reach a high quota every month the "owner" is only copy and pasting propaganda GW has pre given then to say for these situations to make it seem they have the greater good values in mind.. i will agree GW does help people with disabilities get a job but only just enough so Ceo Mark Curran could make 2.3 Million without paying taxes what a pur evil company if you ask me

First time at the Goodwill in Versailles and it's a really nice store!! Everything was organized and clean. I was impressed with the ladies and gentlemen working there today. They were courteous and very helpful. They have some really nice stuff too!!
