Had an appointment at 1:00. Normally I don’t mind waiting but when I got in they said have a seat. I’m sitting there for 30 minutes with NOBODY coming to say what’s going on or why I’m waiting for a long time. So finally I got up to ask what’s taking so long and the woman gave me attitude and said they were taking a person BEFORE me who didn’t have an appointment and walked in, meanwhile I had an appointment… and she said it would be another 15 minutes. Unacceptable. I left.

I paid 88$ for these and it has only been 2 days why does it look like i need another filling and why is it uneven, don't go here bruh the last picture is what i showed her i wanted but she was gonna charge me 95 for a design also

I recommend this salon hands down to any other salon in Lexington.. they are super friendly and they do an amazing job Everytime no matter who is doing them... I have sent multiple people there way and will always speak highly of their service.. I love the environment!! It just makes you want to come back again and again ...

WOAH! I used to come here all the time in high school and college with my friends and we loved it. When I came in today it smelled really bad but I know different foods can make a place smell so whatever. Then when he was doing my nails they were all crooked and he just kept making them worse. Then he was mad when I pointed them out. I tried to be as nice as possible. After the second time I told him how sorry I was but they were still not right. He literally handed me the file and said "then do it yourself" and I just left I'm so sad. They used to have great people in here like a couple years ago.

I usually go to Gdens nails every time I get my nails or feet done bit this time the lady was very rude I was trying to get marble and she tried 2 times and was like I can't do ths you'll have to find another design I asked if I could change the color and she was like no . I just paid and left. None in there try to stop me or help will never go back

WOC do not come here! You will not be respected and you will not get quality work. I came for a express white gel pedicure with overlay . And was charged 70$ the thickest and messiest application of acrylic I’ve ever seen in my life. I had to beg for a cut down multiple times because too much acrylic was applied, pumice stone was not used on the soles of my feet , when I expressed this , I was called a liar even though you can see dead skin hanging from my feet , she just rubbed Vaseline on it. I was also judged and called “crazy” for taking pictures of work and shop . Extremely unprofessional!!

Lied about pricing and charged $80 for a simple French tip and the artist was rough the nails were cute but not worth the price
