This place is filthy lots of trash in the hallways some of the buildings also smell terrible. Definitely not a place i would want to live.

Was looking at this place as a possible place to move to until i read you must have any cats declawed!!! That practice is barbaric, people assume it's like removing nails for people but it's more like cutting off fingers at the first knuckle (all of them)!! Ask a vet if you don't believe me.

If you google income based housing in Lexington it comes up as income based. I have called multiple times. Everytime I call they say they are NOT income based

I currently live here and i love it. The management is so nice and a joy to be around. If you need something done they are more than willing to help you. They explain everything so well and in detail. The apartments are so nice and spacious

Love it. So much space. The office and maintenance people are so kind and helpful. Anytime I have a problem it's fixed asap. I love management!. I have lived in a house my whole life and was leery of apartments.But this was the BEST MOVE!

The hallways are awfully dirty, people leave their trash out and don’t pick up after their kids. The kids run around the complex and streets loud. It has turned bad and you can tell it’s section 8, based on income. Neighbors are nosy. Very sad because this place used to be a great place to live. I would not suggest this complex to live.
