Stayed overnight with our children on a cross country road trip. The hotel was really impressive. Amazing price for what you get. The lobby is huge and clean. The rooms were really big and quiet. There is a special shout out to the front desk woman working when we arrived, she was exceptional with helping us with check in, getting a playpen for our baby, and interacted with our children in the sweetest way! We had our car packed with valuables but we were too tired to unpack and felt safe with them in the lot overnight . Thank you Amara !!

Planned a "Girls Trip" for the Eagles concert in the middle of November 2023. Didn't know anything about Lexington or Rupp Arena. The first hotel I booked didn't have a room for 2 nights instead of 1 (plans changed on our end) so I had to find another hotel. I called GLo, and talked to the 2nd shift desk clerk, Amara, who was very kind, polite and friendly. She booked us for the 2 nights and said that she would help us with an Uber or Lyft ride to the concert when we got there. Sure enough, when we arrived, she greeted me by my name and made check-in easy (thank goodness because we drove 4-1/2 hours to get there). So off we trotted to our room, impressed with the staff and the unique decor of the hotel! And the cool blue light outside . . . The room was spacious and CLEAN! (Kudos to the maid service) and the bathroom was the biggest I've ever seen! The showerhead was a delight (like a waterfall) and the 3 of us had such a good night's sleep in the oh-so-comfortable beds. The next 2 days we had the hotel breakfast, which was tasty, plentiful and had a nice variety. The day of the concert we received assistance from our hotel staff (which we were starting to regard as new friends) to get a ride to the concert. Amara even walked out with us and told the driver to "take care of her ladies" and for us to have fun. It was sad when we had to leave; and vowed to have another Girl's Trip to come back!!! We will definitely stay at GLo again, with Amara and the 2 first shift ladies that were fabulous as well (I hate it that I did not get their names as well - my mistake). I did tell the manager about his fabulous ladies - they are all gems. All-in-all our stay was EXTREMELY ENJOYABLE and RELAXING; best hotel I've ever stayed in.AJC and Friends from Paducah, KY

GLō Best Western LexingtonHotelsLexington, KY Dec 12, 2023OUTSTANDING ! This is the cleanest motel I've been to in a long time. Rather European/Modern with a lot of open area in registration and breakfast areas. Many tables placed conveniently about & not all crammed into one small area. Everything was clean-floors, walls, tables, and windows! Our room was on the 4th floor. Once again cleanliness was perfect. The bathroom and shower was spacious. A center on any basketball team could easily take a shower in this tall glass enclosed stall. The beds were comfy and the room was quiet throughout the night.Highly recommend Glo BestWestern in Lexington. Well worth the money which was less than what would expect for a motel like this. !

We loved our stay here! The beds were amazing and I just wanted to stay an extra night for the bed. Even the pillows were great. Our room was very clean, our bathroom was amazing and we didn’t have any issues other than we couldn’t get our room below 71. Not a big deal, we survived just fine. The breakfast bar was fantastic!Fresh fruits, hot oatmeal already prepared with a variety of toppings, sausage, eggs, waffles and a nice selection of different bagels and breads. They also offered grab and go options. We have put Glo on the list to stay at the next time we are in town in a few months.

Stopped there twice. Friendly staff. Good free breakfast. Cracker barrel a block away. Super convenient. The first room (shown) was a handicap room. Big bathroom, but the bathroom doors were very hard to open and close. I didn't like that the microwave was located in the bathroom. Our room on the return trip was not handicap and not as oddly designed. Please carve out more ♿️ parking.

Great place. As new as the property is the room showed a bit more wear than you'd expect but was comfortable. No carpet = loud inside the room but you get used to it. The weird lights on the bedside table are so low my little fan had to sit lopsided. Weird choice. Oh yeah...breakfast was superior. Don't skip it....sausage, biscuits, gravy, real eggs....yeah. it's where it's at. The location is great...30 seconds off the interstates...minutes from everywhere. The gal at the desk at check-in was everything you want in an arrival welcome....the clerk in the morning was also. Great stay.

Room 222 sink was dirty with hair and eye liner shavings in it. Shower drain was out off place in the shower. Otherwise ok room, but if baths are dirty it makes you wonder if all else was changed out with clean linings.Rooms: Rewiew is when 222 room was booked and stay was by us on 11/25/2023. Not sure how they get away with a $200 a night charge. Not worth it at all. Breakfast was not worth the stop. Cheap bedding. Lighting in room was too bright. Entire floor we stayed on smelled horrible. Dirty coffee maker with black flakes coming out of Keurig. Not cozy at all. Positives: Close to highway, hardwood floors, and close to Cracker Barrel which we needed for breakfast.

Very clean room and friendly employees. Decor was really nice and breakfast was delicious. Only stayed 1 night but I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling. I would definitely stay there againNoteworthy details: Dog friendly is important and this place lived up to being pet friendly

We absolutely LOVED this hotel! Staff was beyond nice, nice spacious room, best hotel breakfast we have had in a long time and we loved that the hotel was in its own little area within walking distance of a few restaurants. No busy traffic and tons of people. Our kids loved it and had the best time swimming and exploring. We will definitely be back.Rooms: Clean and spaciousSafety: In its own area within walking distance of McDonald's and cracker barrel. Not much traffic to watch for with kiddos.Walkability: Close to a few things

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Glo Best Western in Lexington, KY. The room exuded a modern charm with its sleek design. The king-sized bed provided a truly comfortable rest, making for a relaxing experience. The convenience of having a fridge and microwave in the room was certainly appreciated. The morning routine was elevated by the typical hotel breakfast spread, which offered a variety of choices to start the day right. One notable aspect was the hassle-free check-in and check-out process, streamlining the overall stay. Overall, a wonderful choice for a trip to Lexington.

First time trying this brand hotel. Very friendly front desk. Lobby and parking area very clean. Room on 2nd floor. Room and bathroom were clean. Pillows were hard. Liked the rain shower head and removable shower head. One complaint is hearing neighbors and folks in hall. Can also hear folks walking above. Breakfast area is large, and kept clean. Food seemed a step above the normal hotel fair.

Like many others I enjoy sleeping in a cold room but with blankets , seeing how most hotels blankets are super thin I typically bring something with me , I forgot this time … so I used the blanket from the unused bed in the room . Put the privacy please on my door and left the hotel . Came back the room had been made up and the extra bedding removed , I mentioned it to the front desk the next morning … they assured me it would be taken care of , didn’t offer an extra blanket… acted as if I had interrupted their conversation. Next morning I left again . This time not leaving the door hanger on , not that that mattered they came in anyways. Came back and no change . Went down to the front desk only this time a nicer person , much more attentive gave me the choice of two blankets , and apologized. As I asked if I had broken some “rule “ about using the blanket from the other bed when there was only one guest . She , I’m sure could tell I was being sarcastic , as she laughed and said no .

Beautiful property, lights outside the hotel looks amazing in the night. Loved a quick stroll outside and ambience was everything.
Comfy beds, huge bathrooms filled with spa products , office space for 2 people atleast and side little sofa for young ones to eat their snack or do crafts..Vibrant rooms similar to Home2Suites.
Breakfast buffet was tasty and had many options ??????
But what I feel it should have more options for vegetarians.
Provided safe in every room is something different which I have not seen in many hotels.
Loved our stay and definitely recommend to others ??️?
