I can not recommend this place enough! My mom gave me an old ring of hers that didn’t have stones. I talked to Luke and he took care of me! He was very informative and helped me look at many stones of different colors and he told me what was best for rings. We decided on blue sapphires. They were the best looking sapphires I’ve ever seen and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend, will be coming back for sure. Thank you Luke and Geri!

They are professional, reliable, and efficient. I’m so glad I found them! They helped me resize my engagement ring, and it came back looking even more shiny and beautiful! (Plus she helped me figure out what size I really was!) The woman also helped me evaluate a broken bracelet today with so much patience! Had the best experience here when looking for engagement and bands set! We found a set we loved here but wanted some changes to type of stone and metal. Jim got our sizes and quickly worked up the details in their software to get it exactly how we wanted them. He explained the whole process in detail. When we received the finished products, I was stunned. They are perfect! The store is lovely as well, and the whole Salyer family is wonderful. I strongly recommend Gem Source.

The owners created a gorgeous custom necklace with a diamond from an heirloom. They designed earrings to match for a special occasion. Pleasant owners. Helpful, not pushy. Informative and patient. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Jim was excellent to work with. My fiance and I did not know too much about diamonds/rings and Jim spent over an hour with us going over the basics, and then showing us examples of different diamonds. We went to other jewelry stores and we did not have nearly as good of an experience. Jim never rushed us, pressured us to buy anything, and he allowed us to ask questions over the course of 2-3 visits. He even showed us how he could incorporate some family diamonds into a ring. Jim also took time to answer my questions about other jewelry (namely watches) and educated us about them as well. After our purchase they followed up and made sure that we had all of our paperwork (appraisal, invoice, and GIA paperwork). They are very easy to talk to. We will not go to another jeweler. I highly recommend Gem Source for their great prices and outstanding customer service.

They know nothing about real gemology and are true rip off artists they will try and steal from you. Never do business with them if you are a serious collector. And if you do have your product tested by a GIA credible gemologist.

I love this store. Their jewelry is absolutely lovely. Jim creates jewelry you’d love to own.I have both purchased new items and had others repaired at Gem Source. They always have everything ready when promised and completed correctly. The owners are very friendly, helpful, and courteous.

Luke and the team at Gem Source were a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to repair our ring and to fit it with a beautiful replacement diamond. I can't say enough positive words about Jim and his team at Gem Source. He helped me design an upgraded wedding ring for my beautiful bride for our 20 year anniversary.I truly appreciated his genuinely kind nature and his patience in helping me understand every step of the process. I had lots of questions, and he had immense knowledge that you won't see in big retail stores.And to top it all off, he helped create the ring of dreams for my wife.We will continue to do business with Jim as long as he keeps the doors open.
