Under new ownership. I went in July 2024. Interior is totally remodeled. They have what seems like a thousand colors or more now. They told me they have 100 shades of chrome. The girl next to me got a cool design that turned out great. It felt clean and professional. The couple that owns it were there welcoming customers in. They were friendly and fun to talk with while I got my nails done. I will be going back for sure!!

Ummm been going here for the past 5 months it’s been okay not my favorite but it’s close and it gets the job done. One time I got a basic fill in and polish she charged me 65 dollars lol .. I see why people go to press on.. remind you I been consistent and coming and tipping.. then I tried to get a pedicure they were closed on a random Monday or Tuesday.. with a note on the door. I just tried to get a fill in today it was 6:53 the man told me they were about to close and come tomorrow they close at 8. In this economy who is turning down business??? Why would you not accept a fill an hour before close. So unprofessional. I will never go back.

Fantastic experience! I’ve been to several salons in Lexington which I have had good experiences but GALA showed us a true 5 star experience. My husband I both went for pedicures. We agreed, the massage was the best massage we have ever had with a pedicure and my gel toes look perfect! 3 weeks on and no imperfections. Will only go here from now on.

If I could leave no stars I would!!! I was charged $65.00 for a short set with gel polish & they are HORRIBLE! I have NEVER paid more than $45 for my nails at Gala EVER. She rushed through. All my nails are different shapes. She never cleaned them up after polishing. I didn’t wash my hands until AFTER she was done & put cuticle oil on. I get to the counter and she says $65 I said “Huh for what” and her reply was “Yea sorry you get full set and length” I get the same length EVERY TIME & Today she decides to make up a price. GALA NAILS will NEVER be the same without Tom & Makayla! I WILL NEVER go back to that place

Rachel and Lance have done beautiful work for me but today Vinnie did my SNS nails and pedicure. Today was his first day but I wasn't nervous because I trust Rachel and Lance. WOW, he was awesome! He checked all the boxes: not too thick, polish on edges and tips, exactly the shape I wanted, smooth surfaces, and nice cuticles. This is the only place I will go. I can’t believe lines aren't around the block.

Lance and his wife Rachel are amazingggggg!! This was my 3rd visit here and I really have found my nail people here in Lexington. Lance is incredibly gentle and thorough and Rachel's skills are meticulous and clean! She will shape your nails to the heavens!!! And I'm still wearing this exact same set. It's been a whole month and I haven't broken a nail! There's no lifting either. My toe polish hasn't chipped at all. Idk what products they use, or if it's the technique but I'm not going to anyone else!!!
