I've had plenty of different hairstyles and barbers the last few years in Lex. No one does it as great as CJ does! He always does the best cuts, works with you to get it exactly how you like it, and is a great guy to sit and chat with as he cuts your hair! I can't recommend him enough, if you're looking for a new barber be sure to check him out!

They messed my hair up BAD BAD, went in there looking to get a couple inches off and gave the barber a picture to go off of and still completely butchered it. Asked for them to specifically cut my hair to match my ears and they basically gave me a buzz cut, the quality here seems to more on par with a great clips than an actual local barber shop that will take care of its clients. Even more, the entire time i was there only thing the barber said to was when he was trying to get me to purchase the “premium” bundle. The lady at the front was great, but the actual cut and barber were subpar at best. Overall pretty bad experience and definitely am never going again

I was in terrible need of a beard trim and booked an appointment with the first available stylist ... thankfully I got to meet Johnna. She is an incredibly talented stylist and gave me the best beard trim I have had in a while.
From the moment I walked in, her and the rest of the staff were warm and welcoming. Johnna took the time to listen attentively to what I wanted and offered expert advice on a different style than i usually go with for my face shape.
Her attention to detail has every line and curve of my beard looking meticulously shaped and crisp and polished. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Johnna to anyone looking for a top-notch stylist

So i was booked here by the other location nearby. I walked in and immediately was greeted politely with a big smile. I came in early and Lexie was able to get me in earlier than my scheduled appointment. I just want to say that she is amazing in the way she talks to her customers and in the way that she cuts hair. Very gentle and very polite. Not to mention she got me out of my shell and made it so easy to carry a conversation for the duration of the cut.

If I could give it less than a star, I would. I travel for a living and have been to multiple Floyd's in different states, and this is by far the worst place you will ever go. At best, it's a glorified Great Clips, and worst, my 7yr old granddaughter could have given me a better cut with a pair of fiskars. If you're expecting a "Floyd's" cut, drive to another state. Floyd's needs to rake their branding off this place because it's an embarrassment on an otherwise excellent brand of barbershops.

Had an appt at 6pm. Waited for 30 minutes until i saw them discussing who would take me, since their 630 appts showed up. They did not acknowledge me or try and apologize for the wait. Total lack of time management and customer service, they did not even try and make up for the time i wasted.

Been going here for several months. I’ve seen different stylists but Lexie is one of the best. Absolutely great haircut and beard trim. Very timely and professional. Would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a haircut.

Just got my haircut done by Lucia, and I highly recommend her! She is attentive to listen to what you want, personable, and makes you feel welcomed from the start. She gave me exactly what I wanted and was looking for.The overall experience at Floyd’s was awesome. Very clean place with friendly staff and a cool environment.
