I placed a order on their website on Sunday and there was no indication that They were closed. No delivery, money was charged on my account, and no one answering the telephone - very disappointed!!!!!!

These ladies are very special. They never fail to deliver beautiful arrangements promptly and carefully. They take their time, and do whatever they can to make sure orders are perfect for anyone who orders them. They’re a local business that deserve all the credit in the world, especially during times where local businesses suffer at the hands of mega corporations. I could NEVER recommend a better LOCAL flower shop to go to. They’ll always be my first pick!

Very disappointed! I ordered a fruit basket and it was not delivered the day it was supposed to be. I never received a phone call or an email saying that my order was going to be late. The next morning when I tried to call to find out what happened it took 2 hours to get someone to answer the phone. She apologized and said they had an emergency and she could get the order delivered that day, early afternoon. At 3:00 pm I knew it had not been delivered so I called to check the status of it. Again, no one answered the phone, I tried calling until 4:30 with no luck. Finally a little after 4:30 it was delivered but wasn’t as pretty as the picture. It looked like something Kroger threw together not something that I paid over $80.00 for

My friend bought me flowers for my birthday and wanted to surprise me. She called me and asked if I recieved anything at 10 pm. I opened my door, the flowerswas on the floor in the cold. They didnt even knock. Its has been there for couple hours and I didnt even know about It. Someone could have taken it.very professional.

The arrangement I received from Flowers by Angie is beautiful and fresh! I ordered through 1800 flowers, and there was a mix up on the delivery date. I called 1800 flowers customer service and the rep changed the delivery date to the next day. Flowers by Angie delivered the flowers the next day! I was so pleased.Thank you Flowers by Angie!

I received a beautiful, fresh arrangement from Flowers by Angie. I ordered from 1800 Flowers website for local, next day delivery. The confirmed delivery date on the 1800 Flowers website differed from what I had chosen as the delivery date. I called 1800 Flowers, and spoke to a customer service rep who changed the date to the next day. I timely received the beautiful flowers! Please note that if you order from 1800 Flowers, the fine print states that if the local florist is out of the flower depicted in the picture, then the florist retains the right to substitute the flower. Thank you, Flowers by Angie! I look forward to using your services again!

Terrible service. I ordered through 1800flowers for my mother-in-law's 80th birthday. On the day of, I got a message saying that they could not deliver though someone was home all day. The next day they left the flowers on the porch without ringing the bell though it was near freezing and foggy. The flowers were obviously not in the best shape being a day old and too cold and wet.

My friend ordered flowers from my birthday from 1-800-flowers and the order was fulfilled by this business. My flowers did not arrive on my birthday. They said they couldn't get in to deliver them and would deliver them the next day. By the next day, they still had not delivered. My friend contacted them and asked them to deliver a FRESH arrangement as the flowers would them be three days old. Day 3- still no flowers. Day 4- I go to my apartment office for something else and find flowers to me at the desk. They'd been delivered the day before and the delivery person told the office they'd spoken to me and told me the flowers would be in the office since I wasn't home. Spoiler alert-- they DID NOT call me, or my friend who sent the flowers. On top of that, there was white debris in the bottom of the vase and one day later, the water smelled RANCID. I imagine this was still the original arrangement from five days earlier that the tried to pass off as fresh. Long story short, NEVER NEVER NEVER use Flowers by Angie. TERRIBLE customer service!!!

Flowers by Angie in Lexington, KYDON’T GO HERE---unless you want your flowers delivered late and the roses wilted and brown. Not only this, but the cards and ribbons were incorrect. When I called them to complain, Angie was nasty to me and she denied that they were wilted and brown until I told her I had taken pictures upon their arrival at the funeral home. As for the ribbons and cards, she said the order had been changed but I would have been the only one to have changed the order and that didn’t happen. As for the late arrival, her driver supposedly didn’t have the code to get into the funeral home after hours so returned to the store instead of calling for the code or making sure they had the code before making the delivery. They didn’t deliver them the next morning either until they were notified that they had never been delivered. Could it be possible that they sat in the delivery vehicle all night and no one checked the next morning because they thought they had been delivered the night before? This would explain the awful condition of the flowers when they finally arrived. Any business owner that treats customers in this manner and conducts business this way should not be in business at all.
