“I normally don’t write reviews, but I have had such a good experience with Imperial that I decided to go out of the way to leave one. To the point: the delivery notification email is a cool feature. I love knowing my recipient got their gift. They have a great, simplistic website that’s well organized and not overly complicated. It even allows you to tip your floral arranger and/or delivery driver without having to pay some outrageous DoorDash/uber/instacart fee. I’m pretty sure they filled in the blanks for my recipient info that I neglected to provide meaning they have a database for past customers and reoccurring orders. Which is nice for the yearly dozen or two to my girl for valentines and anniversary, makes me more likely to be a return customer. Just a great experience every time. Life gets hectic and sending my girl some love at her work for special occasions is one less thing to worry about because Imperial makes it easy.”
