Every time I come here the atmosphere is uniquely pleasant and there’s never a wait. Someone always greets you upon entering. They offer bottles of water and calls on your birthday. Olivia helped me today pick out gifts for my daughter within my budget. She’s friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Very pleasant young lady.

Ordered sectional from local store and waited a week for item to be in stock. Scheduled a delivery for the following saturday and waited all day and still no furniture. I called twice and was told we would get our furniture for sure today, not so sure now. If it doesnt come to day i will have to schedule a day off during the week to get my couches. Super frustrating.UPDATE!!The gentlemen delivering were super nice and a pleasure to deal with. Even though it was a late delivery we were very satisfied with the outcome. Only recommendation is that SIMS helps to ensure the drivers get home in a timely manner.

The staff is very friendly. I have bought most of the furniture for my house from here and I love all of it. It’s very modern. They have always been flexible if needing to change a payment date. I will continue to be a customer here.
