I love finish line.. They always take care of me.. I'm in there so often that they know me by name... I know I have spent probably close to $5000 if not more in the Fayette mall location.. The best, hands down

Terrible service. They were all talking and no one asked if I needed help. I would have bought something as I had a return but I could get no help. I will not be back. Maybe they need to hire more professional people to work.

Went to the finish line at fayette mall tonight (Sunday - Nov. 6th) to buy some shoes for my 14 yr olds birthday that day. It was 5:40 (20 min before closing) and we knew the shoes and size we needed and told them it was for a birthday gift and they would not let me in the store. 20 min before the closing!!!! They refused to let me in - we asked them 3 times and all three times they said they have the last customers they are going to help today.. they had all the doors closed except for 1 - where the employee was there blocking people from coming in.Worst experience ever.. thanks for ruining my child’s birthday.

I’m pretty sure he only works a couple days a week and I wish I knew the days, but Zach is probably the best associate/team member of any business in the entire mall. I ran a shoe division for a major retailer for years, and I would have taken three of him on my crew. Knowledgeable, customer service oriented, patient, respectful, educated, and a great listener are but a few attributes I experienced with Zach. I will pay extra for the same shoes that are less expensive at another shoe retailer in the mall/Lexington just to have him help me. Pass this along! Cheers!

I been 3xs too the store first time awesome experience I wish I knew the gentleman name he was really tall and Caucasian. 2nd time bad experience by a black female with straight long weave and super long eye lashes she wore a brace on her leg attitude didn’t even try to ask if I needed help after I stood in the same spot holding the same shoe for 10mins she was right next to me with another associate talking about how cute the clothes in the store. 3rd experience was today same girl with the super long lashes at the register with an attitude when I told her not ready to check out yet waiting for more shoes. If you keep associates like her or any other with nasty attitudes customers is not going to won’t to deal with them or go inside the store period. The only reason why I went back twice is I was hoping to get the first associate. But this time it was two gentlemen who did help my husband and I out
