I needed to go in lobby to withdrawl money. So a little busy, lady teller greets when i walk in, 5 ppl ahead of me. She takes care of each. Guy in othe room comes out doesnt recognize anyone with hello. Line finally gets up to me, i walk up get my id and card out, fill the paper work, then she quickly moves me over to the guy that didn't even acknowledge me. Wow. To take care of the 2 kids that were behind me, no other customer in bank. I commented that i didnt like being handed off like i didnt even rate being a cistomer. The guy says "oh its so you get quicker service. Im sorry i just waited 15 minutes, you didnt even recognize me until the line was done. So it wasnt for my conveince. If you don't want me as customer i can go to another bank. BTW the kids just wanted coin sleeves.

HORRIBLE experience. My buyer had a closing scheduled and the day of we were told it wasn’t happening that day. (Why was it even scheduled if the loan wasn’t done is VERY concerning and not normal practice typically). Every day since then has been an excuse after an excuse with no real answers. It’s been 8 weeks they’ve had the contract and we still aren’t closed. The manager never returns calls and there are several other families that needed to close on their homes after this one that are all now being impacted financially by this horrible experience with Fifth Third. It’s clear they do not need or want any business.

Do not use the ATM. It took my card. I don't bank there, but I stopped to used the ATM as my bank was across town and I needed cash out. It did not even let me put my pin# in or any thing. It just took my card. You can't get ahold of no one to get it out. Now havr to wait til tomorrow. I didn't even get no cash or any thing. POS ATM.

Customer service is terrible.... came into pay my car off and was told that I would have to wait 30-40 min for a banker to assist me. I was the only customer in the bank.

The fees this bank charges is simply outrageous. I cashed a check that that was written by my customer on this bank and they charged fee. Unfortunately we pass these fees back to the customer. What a shame. I will never bank with 5/3

I have only been here a couple of times. I have just stopped in randomly to get checks cashed on this side of town. I normally avoid Leestown Road in general. The staff here are friendly and helpful. This specific bank has a bad parking area in my opinion. I will write more of a review when I use this place a bit more.

I am not from kentucky.. I put my chase card in the atm. The card didn't pop back out but i was able to withdraw my cash. Apparently it shreds any card right on the spot if it doesnt recognize it... Rediculous. Now i have to get a new card

I switched back to Fifth Third Bank when I moved to Lexington in August of 2009. They made it easy to switch and offered a number of services at reasonable prices. I use the Fifth Third location off of Leestown Road and have always had good customer service.
