You ever wanted to give a store negative stars? This would be the one. Staff is oblivious to customer service, they'd rather plan on their phones watching tick-tocks than help the customers with getting fish or other live animals. I mean is it that difficult?

Best pet store in the area, the staff us always very friendly and helpful. We use the self service dog wash room at least twice a month!

When to the store on Harrodsburg to return a cat item that son purchased at another store. I was told I couldn't return it at that store because that was not a item that this store carried. I was told that I had to take it back to the store I purchased it from. So I did take it back to another feeders store and they took it back. I was told that I could have returned it at the Harrodsburg store.

Went on my break to go get some feeder fish, got back to work and realized that almost two dozen of them were dead less than 20 minutes later. Called the store back to see what could be done about it and they said they would give me only store credit and that I would have to physically come back which is impossible at the moment. I get the person that answered the phone is frustrated but this policy should probably be fixed it's highly annoying, and I feel cheated because I was charged for dead fish.Update: opened bag and found a Water Boatman bug. So yeah it went around killing all my Guppies. So either their shipment was infested or their tanks are

Great place to stop for pet supplies. I mainly get treats and litter from this place. I do love the fact they have great quality and reasonably priced clothing for my dog. As well as cute birthday goodies for your cat or dog to enjoy! Highly recommend this pet store.I do want to edit. I don't get food because my babies are on veterinary special diets! They have a GREAT selection of food and high-quality food at that! In the future, I will definitely consider purchasing from them!
