The worst service ever. Have proof that 2 day delivery was paid for and 3 weeks and 2 days later they finally deliver my package. They still have not refunded my fee for the delivery. The customer service agents I've spoke to are the nastiest and rudest @##%$!!. I've ever had to deal with. I've gone thru the bank and disputing this way. Much easier than dealing with these @##%&!

Expected package from center well pharmacy yesterday, sent me pic of door saying delivered. Too bad the door wasn't mine. They never made sure they were at right address. So now I don't have my package and all I get are robots who are no help. Still haven't got to talk to live person. Bad bad customer service.

Nick was awesome yesterday. Granddaughters birthday gift lost in delivery. They didn't find it, but was so nice to hear in his voice that he and his co-worker cared.Unlike the oversea customer service which refused to connect me with the direct station. Yesterday they connected and Nick helped, today no present for Granddaughter and they say " we cannot connect direct" hummm... they did the day before. Of course, they were sorry for the problem.... "Joe" at customer service overseas.... you suck.

We went to pick up a large package. I WISH there had been more instructions on what to do. Locked fence and no one around. Once someone finally told us what was needed. While it was confusing, they finally said they would bring package out. The guys who brought out the box were great. Loaded it and joked around with us.

Most of my friends with a fish tank call this place Ded-Ex for a reason. Last time I ordered coral they showed up 7 hours past expected delivery. My wife's IVF meds are now two hours past expected delivery and were thousands of dollars so it baffles me why the pharmacy used Fedex. I've had the same issue with FedEx in East ky where I'm from as well. FedEx is trash in this state period. Use UPS and get your package on time and safely. Wouldn't trust FedEx in KY with anything valuable that you want to arrive anywhere near on time.
