On 7/9/24, closed at least 30-45minutes early citing electricity issues as a reason. The lights worked and the guy seemed like he was just chilling :(

Told me they could print something for me but when they found out it was going to UPS they suddenly had fees for me. Ironically the fees would have cost more than shipping it media or going to the kiosk right across from them and printing it myself. Idiocy.
No wonder they are hemorraging business.

Looked online to find business hours, and came during posted hours. Doors were locked, lights off, store was closed. Another lady came and tried to get in as I was standing there. We both looked at the hours posted on the door, and the store definitely should’ve been open. I’m bummed I drove across town to go to an actual FedEx location and it wasn’t open.

On multiple occasions this location has proved itself. Professional, fast, simple, and incredibly helpful. I don't use anyone but FedEx for anything related to design and printing because of how well this location has treated me. There is a guy who works here in particular, Brian, who I've found to really go above and beyond. Terrific at his job

I stopped by this location and had an incredible experience! The customer service was exceptional! I was sending something to my Grandfather and needed to get it to him in a timely manner. The staff were so attentive and very helpful in making sure that everything was absolutely perfect to send. I highly recommend this location! Thank you for making me feel like a valued customer!

Showed up an HOUR before close, lights off, door locked, nobody present. I arrived 30 minutes before my officially scheduled print pickup time. So much for the important documents I needed for my meeting the next day.

Excellent customer service! One self-serve machine was out of legal sized paper, the other machine wouldn’t recognize my card, the line of customers was to the door...the manager took my flash drive, sent my docs to the printer, I reviewed them and he sent me out the door free of charge! Much appreciated!

They don’t open until 9 AM and they do not have a drop box outside their door the dropbox is located inside the door which is locked

Not a good experience here. I went to the store on Sunday at 5:12 to send a letter. The lady behind the desk told me I needed to go the main office on Mercer Rd because their shipments had already gone out. I asked her what time they closed and she said 6 pm so I drove across town to the Mercer Rd location. When I got there at 5:35 pm the sign said they had closed at 5. I called the lady at the Richmond Rd location and told her she needed to give her customers accurate information on when the Mercer Rd location was closing. She told me it was not her job to know when they closed and hung up on me.

Incredible customer service.
