This FedEx ship center is great. It stays open until 8:15pm weekdays and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

i went to this FedEx location on saturday 6/15/2024 and i was treated unrespectfully. i was returning a package of a vendor that was in two different boxes and the fedex representative took only one box and told me to go and contact the vendor to get another label for the other box. I asked the fedex representative to give me back the the box so i can reach out the vendor to give me the two labels for the two boxes and the representative refuse to return to me the box because he already check in and the box was still in the register area. the FedEx representative told me to leave the store because he was about to closed. i will submit a claim through fedex as well because this is not the correct way to treat customers.

Imported a product for a customer from Norway, had it shipped to my shop which ups finds every time as well as other fedex drivers. This driver claims they could not find my shop cameras show there was no fedex truck to drive by. Immediately after I got the text that said they couldn't find my shop I redirected it to a local fedex pickup location. Today they "tried" to deliver to my shop again after I had a customer service rep ask were my shop was so I told him how to get here and mentioned that it should have been redirected. 10 minutes after that call I got a text saying they would try again next business day. I call the number back and I get told that I'll have to drive 45 miles to the fedex depot and pick it up between 630 and 8pm. Which is to late to finish the product and get it shipped to my customer to meet a deadline. I will now have to refund my customer their purchase price and eat the cost of a 270$ product that I had shipped express from Norway. This is why I ship UPS on all my products. Stay away from fedex you might end up 1000$ in the hole

said no one was home and they left a notice- they were delivering to a front office which had authorized people to sign for it inside and left no notice. i called to see if i could come pick it up from the fedex office and argued on the phone w a robot who couldnt understand my tracking number, and wouldnt let me talk to a human unless she had my tracking number. it hung up on me after i asked for a human a third time. if u live in kentucky you are better off paying extra to have your things delivered by DHL.
