I’ve got notifications since Monday saying my package will be here by 3, Tuesday by 3, Wednesday by 3 now it’s Thursday by 3. I used to work for delivery services whatever you can’t deliver you get it delivered the next day.. so my belongings have been on a truck in my town since Monday and still can’t be delivered. I asked if I can pick up my packages there but no which is crazy to me. They don’t want to deliver it and they don’t want me to even pick it up. Blows my mind

I’ve gone here for about 10 years and the service has been great. Clean store, well staffed-someone is always available to help and I feel I learn something new every time I get service here. Thank you Stephanie for helping me last night and exceeding my expectations!

Worst automated call I have ever heard does not listen will not get you to correct department. I will not use them again there are other places that print you lost a customer.

I picked it up at the store, and the woman who greeted me was very rude. I gave her my ID, and she said no, the item was in my name, and the address was my business address. Her attitude was especially bad.

Zachary Mink, the assistant manager, and Miss Catherine, the employee are both phenomenal employees! They go above, and beyond every time I have ever been into this store! Truly, great employees, that make every visit to this location a pleasure! Good job guys, keep up the great work!

FedEx no longer does curbside pick up. If I had known this beforehand I wouldn’t have wasted my time. I drove 30 minutes to pick up postcards I ordered and couldn’t even get an employee to run my paid for order out to me. Angela went out of her way to argue with me after I offered her a cash tip. She said she would get fired if she accepted it which is understandable why she refused but she kept telling me it was IMPOSSIBLE for someone to run a box of postcards out to me while my two young children are sleeping in the backseat. I ended up asking a lady in the parking lot for help and she picked up my order and brought it out to me. Angela and FedEx, YOU SUCK!

Very greedy business. $2.50 per page to fax. How is it cheaper to burn fuel mailing than to just scan a page.
