I picked it up at the store, and the woman who greeted me was very rude. I gave her my ID, and she said no, the item was in my name, and the address was my business address. Her attitude was especially bad.

Zachary Mink, the assistant manager, and Miss Catherine, the employee are both phenomenal employees! They go above, and beyond every time I have ever been into this store! Truly, great employees, that make every visit to this location a pleasure! Good job guys, keep up the great work!

FedEx no longer does curbside pick up. If I had known this beforehand I wouldn’t have wasted my time. I drove 30 minutes to pick up postcards I ordered and couldn’t even get an employee to run my paid for order out to me. Angela went out of her way to argue with me after I offered her a cash tip. She said she would get fired if she accepted it which is understandable why she refused but she kept telling me it was IMPOSSIBLE for someone to run a box of postcards out to me while my two young children are sleeping in the backseat. I ended up asking a lady in the parking lot for help and she picked up my order and brought it out to me. Angela and FedEx, YOU SUCK!

Very greedy business. $2.50 per page to fax. How is it cheaper to burn fuel mailing than to just scan a page.

This is a great store. They know printing and shipping very well, they're always very nice and hard working. I've had posters made, printing done and shipped many things, always leave with a great result.

Horrible customer service. Management needs address service at this location. Have never had such an experience at any other FedEx facility. .

This Fedex location is on a bit of a janky side street with a turn that isn't that easy to catch if you're coming from the city. Once inside, it is quite sizable, and while it was busy I had only a short wait for service. I got a detailed explanation of my shipping options, and while I paid quite a lot, my item arrived when it was supposed to (unlike with the similar item I had previously sent through the post office), so it was a win for me.

They have always been willing to work with me when I have special requests on print jobs, even to the extent of reprinting my order at no charge!

I am not always one to express my frustrations in a review but I was extremely unhappy after my visit to this location today. I own a small business and I have been coming to this location a few times a month for over a year. I get the same thing done every time I visit them. I have been charged the SAME price every single visit. I'm not sure if I just got lucky where I would get the same person to help me but she was very nice and helpful every time. Unfortunately she is no longer there. Then I was helped by another lady that charged me the same price as the previous girl...Well today I went in and was helped by a third lady who told me that I was not being charged the right price this whole time by both of the other ladies and that I was going to have to pay like an extra $16 for them to just change a name on a piece of paper from my pdf file. Keep in mind that I have a minimum of 6 pages that need names changed and printed. The second lady that had previously helped me was there today, so I called her over to assist with the situation. She told me that she should have charged me the correct price when she had helped me, but didn't...............I am leaving this review because it is frustrating that a professional company like FedEx Office has employees picking and choosing which prices they want to charge the customers instead of following their pricing protocol set forth by the COMPANY. So I will no longer give this company my business since I don't know if I will be charged the correct prices. Hopefully someone up the food chain will read this review and re-train their employees on how to correctly charge the customers.

Woman who waited on me at the pack and ship at 8:30 am on 9/19/22 was not friendly at all. And not very helpful!
