The automated machine won’t take my tracking number verbally or manual in keypad. I can not get around the robot.

I had a fantastic experience ...... I had originally done in order online, and wanted to call to be sure that everything came out properly.. Cindy and Kim helped me the entire way through the process. Customer service was phenomenal. They were both able to assist with figuring out my invitation layout. They were both very patient and kind the entire time. Cindy went above and beyond to get everything correct. Store is extremely clean and laid out very well. I will definitely be returning for all of my printing needs.

Best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere in a long time! I sent in a print order online- it showed the pickup time wouldn’t be until the next morning but I needed by end of day. I called to see if they could rush it and they said they were happy to accommodate. When I got there to pick it up, Kim was so friendly! While she was printing my receipt I looked over the packets and realized I’d made a mistake (completely my fault). Kim saw I was stressed and said she’d be happy to reprint if I could make the correction and email the corrected packet to her. I was so pleased! I was out in the car trying to make it work from my phone (struggling!) when she called and said her colleague (wish I’d caught his name) had made the change for me! Confirmed that was all that needed corrected and reprinted at no extra charge (even though it was totally my mistake). I’ve printed several orders for pick up here and they’ve always been perfect, on time, and staff has been friendly but this service was above and beyond! My go to printing place from now on!!

Trust this office at your own risk - I can promise you I never will again. In my experience, they're not only completely incompetent, they refuse to take any responsibility for their own mistakes. A pretty bad combination. We ordered a package that we quickly realized was the wrong item, and instead of cancelling the order, Amazon told us that when the package arrived, we should just take it to a FedEx location and tell them that we were refusing it. So, I chose this location to drop it off. My first mistake.I took the package in on 12/19/22, and handed it to a woman who identified herself as a manager, and explained what I wanted to do. She put a sticker on the box and said it was taken care of. I went home, assuming that I could take her word for it. That was my second mistake.Next day, there were some packages on our porch, because Christmas. I opened them up, and sure enough, one of them was the item I had returned the day before. Instead of taking it back to the vendor, FedEx decided to bring it back to me. Every box looks the same, there was no way of knowing what is in a package until you open it.Problem was, now that I'd opened it, I could no longer return it as refused. Now I had to pay FedEx to ship it back. I asked the manager (the same one I'd given the package to the day before) what she and FedEx were going to do about that, and she said there was nothing they can do - it was my problem. She admitted that a FedEx driver had made a mistake, but not her, so she wasn't going to do anything about it. Specifically said, "I can't be responsible for what someone else does after I pass it on". That's an exact quote from a FedEx manager.I told her that was unacceptable, so she passed me on to a "customer care specialist" or something like that. This woman basically told me the same thing - FedEx is not responsible for employees mishandling packages, and that the whole thing was probably my fault anyway so FedEx shouldn't have to worry about it.So... we had a FedEx manager admitting to me that one of their drivers made a mistake in handling a package, but since it wasn't her fault personally, she wasn't going to do anything about it, AND a "customer care specialist" also admitting that a FedEx employee had made a mistake, but that doesn't mean the mistake was FedEx's fault. At the very least, I'll certainly never trust this local office with a package again, and the likelihood of our ever using FedEx again for anything at all is seriously diminshed. How can we trust them with our packages when their own managers admit that they are not responsible for what their drivers do with the packages once they take possession of them?

In the last year I have submitted maybe 6 print orders. Not a single one has been correct. One was clearly my fault, the brochure opened on the wrong side. Every other order has been wrong. If you ask for E size they print on B, if you submit B size they print on E. I usually can deal with the wrong size and so just take the order, it is random since I pay on line and they sometimes charge more and sometimes less that what I get.Today the brochure which I had submitted with pages in the wrong order was reprinted. So their innovation was to turn the inside pages upside down. It is time to step it up and support the staff.

While traveling in the area, I had a package shipped here. On Sunday morning, I received a text reminding me to pick up my package and since the website stated they are open on Sundays, I went to pick it up. I was sadly disappointed when they weren't opened.I had to go back the following day to pick up my package. The guy who helped me quickly got my package. He was friendly and professional.

The staff was very kind and helpful. However, I had to print 9 pages at 30x42, and it was approx $72 AND they didn't have my paper size, so after paying that insane price, I would have had to trim the pages myself! This was the self-print station, without the added fees to have them print it for me.The SAME 9 pages AT THE CORRECT SIZE was $25 at Lynn Imaging.

Shipping costs here are way too expensive. I had to ship a box in a hurry so I used FedEx just to get the package out right away since it was close by. The package cost me over $20 to ship when the same size box and contents were shipped previously using USPS and was almost half of the cost. FedEx is a ripoff.

The company as a whole is garbage. UPS and USPS are far superior in every way.

A convenient downtown Fedex location that had plenty of printers nS useful items on sale. Their hours aren't quite as long as I might have hoped, but I made it in and got my business done. There aren't a ton of other such stores in the area.
