don't know why but they won't come to my house,, they drop my packages at any of my neighbors houses, i guess they think thats close enough then i can go find it, its just like going on an easter egg hunt, i will never use them again if i can use ups, they have done this for many years now and im done with them, plus you can not contact them, they dont want to be bothered when they screw up...

Most of my friends with a fish tank call this place Ded-Ex for a reason. Last time I ordered coral they showed up 7 hours past expected delivery. My wife's IVF meds are now two hours past expected delivery and were thousands of dollars so it baffles me why the pharmacy used Fedex. I've had the same issue with FedEx in East ky where I'm from as well. FedEx is trash in this state period. Use UPS and get your package on time and safely. Wouldn't trust FedEx in KY with anything valuable that you want to arrive anywhere near on time.

I got a package delivered and live down a long driveway. The driver, from Lexington, KY, put it ON TOP of the ROUNDED mailbox. If a truck or a gust of wind had come along, it would have blown away and went In the road, been stolen, or whatever. I tried to call FedEx and they told me to call the shipper to have them put "special delivery instructions " on delivery. I guess COMMON SENSE doesn't apply anymore. They refused to help me. I wouldn't use FedEx if I had to bicycle it!!! . They're lazy and useless'

Excellent assistance and friendly employees every time I am here. Packing materials are for sale in the corner on the right. You can also drop and run on the left. Overall great experience shipping from this location for over 13 years now.

I have had nothing but a bad experience with FedEx lately. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered to my house in Kentucky 3 weeks ago, that ended up in California because of a mistake on their part. It arrived a week later but said package was supposed to be a birthday present that was already over by the time I received it. Another delivery that I ordered was supposed to be delivered last Wednesday.. Fast forward to Tuesday of the following week and I still have not received it yet. Pigeon post would be faster!

If I could give this location less than one star I would. I am so completely frustrated. My 2 part package was scheduled for delivery last Thursday, then it changed to Friday. So I requested a hold at my nearest on-site Fedex location. That hold request wasn't available because the package was already on the vehicle and scheduled for delivery by 8pm on Friday. Around 6:30pm, I get a notification that it's headed back to the ship facility so I request a hold again, the automated system said the request went through but takes up to 24 hours to process. There was no update on my package again until 10pm. I called first thing Saturday and I was told that my package was now being sent to the on-site location that I had requested. It's 15 minutes from the ship center. Up until 7pm last night, the packages were on their way to said on-site location. Then it updated and said "delivery date is pending." At first, on Thursday, it was delayed due to bad weather. But why couldn't it reach my doorstep on Friday? Because UPS and Amazon delivered just fine. The roads have been clear since late Thursday evening. Nobody tried to actually deliver it then and nobody tried to deliver it 15 minutes away yesterday. So here I am, without the equipment I need for my new job starting tomorrow. I have talked to 6 customer service employees and each of them give me a different answer. There is no local number for the ship center and when I spoke with someone who said he's a customer service supervisor, his phone conveniently cut out after "I'm sorry, let me--" I'm sick of Fedex. They've never EVER delivered a package on time and when they do, it's at the wrong house yet we've lived in the same home for 20 years. Now this and it's my final straw. I HATE complaining but I'm at a loss. Fedex doesn't care. They never have for any of my packages or for me as a customer. Thousands of dollars of equipment, my family is home every day (thanks pandemic), and not even a single attempt to deliver or fix the issue. I. AM. FURIOUS. Do better.

Does anyone know the exact office phone number for this place? I have a package they won't give me even with a photo ID. The front lady says they don't let customers pick up when in fact I asked them to hold this package 4 days ago....

I am totally dissatisfied with FedEx. I ordered 2 large, expense rugs and they were not delivered on the day they claimed. When I called FedEx customer service, they told me the rugs were delivered and that maybe I should ask my neighbors if they saw the rugs and maybe took them in their apartment. So basically, they want me to ask my neighbor's if they stole the rugs. Are you kidding me? Four days later the rugs turned up at a neighbors apartment at a completely different building which I had to load up in my car, myself, then unload them into my apartment myself. FedEx never offered a solution other than for me to file a claim with the Rug company. Such BS!!! I will never, ever have anything delivered from FedEx again!!

Horrible! Lazy and incompetent. Address for overnight delivery was correct and they didn't even make an attempt. I paid for 10 am delivery and they sent me a message at 7:30 pm that the address was wrong. I called fedex and nope, wasn't wrong. They didn't even make an attempt. Horrible. They don't care about customers. Do not use fedex ever!! I will be contacting the BBB as well. These people need to be fired if they can't do their job. It was this location that marked it incorrect. I called fedex and they said this location has my package and didn't deliver it even though the address is correct. I'm now delayed 6 months because of their incompetence.
