They close at 5 (which is crazy) so I’ve never been able to go despite wanting to. Clearly they don’t like money or business as most normal people work until 5.

Most of the people there are very kind but the gray haired, pony tailed man who always wears black is extremely rude and pretentious and very full of himself. Plus he has no idea what he's talking about. Been a customer for close to a decade now and I'm done with this place to be honest. Having dealt with ole dude for 8 years now I'm tired and done. The family that owns it is cool I guess but the other dude sucks. Imma just walk to speedway or a liquor store for cigarettes. They can keep on selling $70 cigars to lawyers that pretend to have taste and homeless people buying Cheetohs and Snickers bars. Seriously don't shop here, gray ponytail man is terrible and always has something to say. Plus he's ignorant. Been shopping here for the better part of a decades and I'm done. And people wonder why small businesses are failing. Only takes one person to ruin it. After years of his smart @$$ comments I'm done. Black shirt, grey ponytail, rude, pretentious. I give this business 2 or 3 years given the owners health. Just go to Schwabs on Southland if you want cigars or pipe tobacco, seriously. Also there's a place by the Target on S. Limestone. Go there. This business is a carcass. Plus they're overally political and blame all their woes on the political climate when in reality they're just pumping a whole magazine into their foot every day theyre in business. Seriously go to Schwab's. This business is dying and they reap what they sow. Sad to see a Lexington staple end like thus.

One of the BEST stores that I’ve ever been in to purchase something that I know nothing about. Dee was more than helpful and answered all of our questions, helped us pick out the perfect gifts, was kind, generous, and made sure that we left with everything we needed. If you have a cigar lover in your family or circle of friends, please visit this awesome shop!

I bought a jar of local honey from the Lexington Cigar store in 2021 for $35.00 (sticker still on my bottle). I went back to purchase another jar of the same exact size this past weekend and it was $45... plus they charged me $2 for paying with a credit card. I understand inflation... but paying $14.95 more for the same product... not again Lex Cigar Store. Good luck!

Super nice people working there. I know nothing about cigars but wanted to get some for my husband. I explained what I was looking for and they helped me find some really nice ones to take home.

Best place in town for any tobacco need you may have. Friendly staff, hard to find products and cigars ALL right smack dab in the center of town. Can't beat it if you tried.
