Do not buy from this company, they sign you up for their vip membership which results in a recurring monthly charge of $59 without you knowing about it!!! Very deceiving

Extremely rude and unwelcoming staff. I felt very uncomfortable the whole time I was in the store from the very minute I walked in. Nobody welcomed me or said hello and I was stared at rudely by all the employees the entire time I shopped. I will definitely not be back and will be taking my money to Lululemon down the street, where the customer service is exceptional.

Overpriced store where you only get reasonable deals if you sign up for a $60 monthly subscription. Oh you can opt out, but you have to opt out EVERY SINGLE MONTH between the 1st and the 5th of the month otherwise your on the hook for $60.

Love the store and clothes but no one spoke to me the entire time I was in the store. The staff was more into laughing with each other and playing on their phone. I walked out without buying anything.

It was my first time at fabletics and I was really looking forward to buying some shorts and leggings and anything else that caught my eye. I was just in the store this evening and I felt very unwelcome. It was about 30 minutes before closing. I guess it's not their policy to help out customers. I spent 15 minutes looking around before realizing I did not know where anything was. But neither one of the ladies working approached me or asked if they could help. It almost seemed like they were actively avoiding me. I was literally the only one in the store. It felt super awkward so I just left.

I love the leggings but I was disappointed in the customer service I received. My daughter's package has been delayed and I contacted Fabletics via live chat. I was informed that I had to reach out the the shipping company my self to inquire about the package. When I have had this issue with other companies they were more than willing to contact the company they used to ship the package. I was not expected to do the work to determine why the package is delay or lost in transit. I am very disappointed.

Staff was all very nice, good selection in the store, store was well organized. My only suggestion is to clean the tile floors. Now let me say that I am not a picky person but they were so dirty in the dressing room area that everything I was trying on got dirty when they touched the floor. My socks looked as though I had walked shoeless on a dirt road. I had to take off my socks to try the leggings on and my feet got so dirty. The floors looked like they haven't been swept/cleaned in a long time.If sales is not responsible for cleaning floors, please hire someone.

Lovin the store! I usually do online. Sometimes you just want to see in person material and style. Love the friendly staff! Very helpful. Location is great. Easy parking . Inventory is plentiful. You can try it on if your not sure. Check it out. My trips to Ky always end up here for what's new in the legging world. Pretty much all anyone wears now a days . I'm good with that!

What a rip off. First of all being a VIP member you should see new products before non members right? Not here, no. Infact they hide new products from VIP members. I noticed it 3 months running. Called and spoke with them and the agent on the phon tried it and found the same thing. He could see new products on website, but when logging in they weren’t listed. Log out and shock, they are there again. Also as a VIP you’d think sales and perks would come your way? Nope, again not here.. you are not eligible for sales since you are a VIP member. Customer service? Ha, nope. Not here. Took three times being hung up on to get someone. Save your money. So shady and such a rip off. I cancelled and am not looking back.

Nice store and very helpful staff. Two issues, though. 1. Same product had different prices in different colors. $15 difference! Luckily they rang up at the lower price. They seem to know it's an issue but aren't fixing it. I almost didn't buy the second item. But I DID waste time trying to figure it out. 2. The sales total didn't add up in my head. Looked at the receipt. They're adding 3.75% "import tax" to the total. Then they include this fake "tax" with the purchase price to calculate the sales tax!! They were quick to point out there's a sign under the register. It costs them more to bring in the items from China and they didn't want to raise prices so they added a "tax". Exceptionally shady business practice. Not the salesperson's fault. But NOT truthful at all. I was pleased when I checked out but it really left a bad taste in my mouth after I figured it out. Went ahead and dropped another star the more I thought of this deceitful practice. Just be honest!!!

Very poor customer service experience. Exchange was cancelled due to late receipt of item being returned. However, I was not notified of a different timeline for exchanges. Was only aware of the 60 day return policy. Regardless, item was dropped in mail within specified timeline but delayed due to carrier. Totally out of my control. Item being exchanged was released and subsequently sold out. Rather than crediting my payment method they instead only put a credit on my account. Very frustrating. Upon calling to request reimbursement the IVR was terribly confusing nor did it pick up my repeated responses to its questions so my call was dropped. After finally reaching a rep they were not able to answer any of my questions. They were, however, able to refund me. On top of the poor customer service, the quality of their clothing has declined over time. Sports bras don't fit appropriately, leggings slide down, etc. I was so pleased with my experience through the first couple of years of my subscription but given recent issues I'm strongly considering cancelling.
