I have seen Dr. Lodholz for several years now and she is the best! She listens to me and truly cares about her patients! The office staff has always been so friendly to me and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for all eye care needs.

Dr. Ludholz is undeniably the best medical professional I have ever seen, in any field. She is kind and patient. She’s funny. She is knowledgeable beyond words. I always leave her office feeling listened to and understood and cared for. Her examinations are thorough, and her advice is always spot on. The world needs more doctors and health care professionals like her. She truly is the best.

I had no issues for about a year until it was time to get a different type of contacts. the eye doctor was the one to recommend this. I received the contacts that I was repeatedly told were the absolute best fit for me and my strong prescription. Then I couldn’t see out of them. This is not what made me upset. But the way that it was handled after I couldn’t see out of them.Because of the misinformation or lack of understanding by the doctors about the lenses I completely ran out of any contacts that I had. Even though I had repeatedly told them that I was on my last pair. It was complete incompetence on their part. It in every way just a ridiculous and unnecessary situation that caused me to lose all confidence in the professionalism and capability of the eye doctors that work there.

My experience for the past two years has been nothing but fantastic with this company! The staff is amazing and is so polite anytime I speak with them! I have and will continue to reccomend the Eye Care Center to family and friends!

The front desk people were extremely rude and gossiped about a patient who was with the optometrist not knowing her sibling was in the waiting area. They tried to change appointment to an hour later than originally scheduled with no reason - especially since the reception area was empty. Thank goodness we go to the Eye Care Center in Richmond where the folks are always professional and polite.

Worst hospital by far. Waiting room is always full with waiting patients. Have waiting 2 hours, 3 hours and 1 1/2 hours to to see doctor with an appointment. Would not recommend unless you like waitung at every appointment.

I'm not happy. The prescription for the glasses they gave me were so much weaker than they should have been, and I can't get a replacement till May. And we've been back to them 3 times in less than a year to fix my father's glasses, the times that they rigged them up (if at all), made them worse. And now my father has a broken pair of glasses, that they are saying there's nothing that can be done. I will not be back, nor will I bring my daughter or my father for their glasses. I recommend Simpson Optical. They at least care.

The staff and Doctor were great I was in and out with eye exam and picked out the pair of glasses I won't in great time and the price I thought was excellent.

The front staff is rude and unhelpful. I have been trying to pick up my glasses for 2 weeks now, and can’t ever get someone on the phone.
