Have stopped here a few times recently, and the customer service-oriented culture is very noticeable. No matter which cashier I get, they all seem to care very much about making the customer feel valued. That’s rare these days, and however they are training people here should be a model for others!

Exceptional store! Restrooms were spotless and well stocked. Merchandise was beyond reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and helpful with somewhat busy atmosphere. 2 thumbs ups. Would be my go-to store if I was a local!

A very nice snd neat store, friendly attentive personnel. Great to have them.in the neighborhood! Raised them to 5 star since they quit price-gouging gas, that wasn't nice.

We at Estepp's strive to create life long relationships with our customers. Always aiming for the highest level of customer service to meet everyone's needs; one friendly smile at a time! Our History Steve built up the business over the next decade working on cars, taking care of customers and building relationships that last to this day. In the mid 1980′s, Steve converted the service station and bays into a c-store expanding the grocery and beverage offerings. At the time, it was one of the first c-stores of its kind. Over the years, Steve continued to expand the offerings at Estepp Shell by adding a car wash and installing one of the first Subway restaurants in the Lexington area. We’ve proudly maintained our family owned tradition.
