This is the only place I’ll ever get my liquor from now on. Genuinely. Above and beyond customer service. So friendly, so thankful. The store is always well stocked and kept well organized. The workers are always so kind. Absolutely love this place. If you’re looking for a smaller store to get your liquor from, this is absolutely the place.

The employee working at 5:45pm on Feb 24, 2024 definitely didn't have to be a jerk about it. I'm sure a lot of people ask about allocated bourbons... but be nice about it. People visit Kentucky for bourbons. Some people are just trying to have a good time and visit private liquor stores during their experience.

Worst customer service ever. Four of us were in town to tour bourbon country. Our first night there we were looking for beer to take back to the house. As we walked in the clerk said to another customer (I assume a friend), "here they come to ask me about my high priced bourbon and not buy a f***ing thing." After we decided we wouldn't even buy beer there we walked out and he said "there they go, 1, 2, 3, 4, and didn't buy a f***ing thing." Someone in our party yelled an expletive on the way out and he followed us out the door asking what we said and making several gestures at us. I would not have this person working for me in any capacity. Young man in his mid/late twenties with curly hair and a mustache. He is not good for your business.
