Would rather pull teeth than get a rental from this location again. Staff came across as lazy, unprofessional, and unhelpful. finally persisted long enough to get what I actually paid for, and even then rental started flashing that it had a bad TPMS after 15 miles

My boyfriend went here with cash in hand ready to make a down payment on car. Straight up told Warren how much he had and he said we could do that. Twice said he would call. First time said he would run credit. Didn’t do that so we had to go in just to get his attention and he ran credit. Boyfriend got approved for car and he said he will call back in 2 hours with monthly payment info, etc. it’s 6 pm now they close at 7 and we left at 2. Everyone else that works there seems kind though.

They have good cars, but make sure you ha e everything you need when u go to look and possibly purchase a vehicle. Had to go home to get some things for proof of job and income etc, sold the car under my nose after a verbal agreement to hold for me.

We bought a 2013 Toyota prius from them to replace one we lost in an accident. It was the only one near by even though we live in Evansville. The car seemed fine but later the engine began having trouble. Finally the engine gave out only to find out it had been flagged for needing engine work months ago by another Toyota service department in Lexington before going to auction. They didn't fix it before we bought it and did not tell us when we bought it. They had no concern for our needs and we would not recommend shopping there.
