“My 2015 MacBook's C port had worn out. Refurb Kings replaced it for me and now the port works again. I found this business to be very responsive, and they provided explanations for all the work that they did. They are quick to respond online. When there was a delay due to ordering a part, they contacted me about that. I was also able to speak directly with the technician who performed the work. All the personnel were easy to talk with. I would like to add that the store is an attractive place of business and is customer friendly. There are neat display cases of refurbished items, and many are on sale for the holidays. I trust Refurb Kings and will use them again whenever I need help with my devices.”

“My fridge went out at 9 pm on Thursday night. I scrambled to give away or store things on ice, and went to Pieratt's the next mornng. The sales guy was great and he helped me locate a replacement that was available. Monday morning Zach, Tayshaun, and Scott brought the new appliance out. They carted off the old refridgerator and installed the new one in record time. What a relief! Everyone from sales to service, delivery and installation were top notch. It's the reason I wouldn't go anywhere other than Pieratt's in Lexington Kentucky.”

“I went to GameStop this morning to buy a Nintendo switch game that my son had asked for. I had looked it up online very quickly and it had a little Japanese boy on the front. I asked the guy if it was age-appropriate for 11 and the salesman said absolutely not. “It’s for mature audiences and from from what he’d seen there’s blood and killing m. I don’t know what kind of mother you are but I wouldn’t buy it.” I said, “ok thank you for your honesty. We will not be getting that game for him.” They didn’t make a sale today, but I’ll be back for sure!”

“I had to share with everyone what a great experience I had with this Merro Store. I went to this store last night around 6:30 and purchased a new phone. There was a problem with the sim card which even after the store had closed Mo stayed till 8:00 pm, working hard to fix the problem! Don't go anywhere else for your phone needs by far the best store ever especially the employees!”

“Lemme just start off with the 5 stars go to Karime and not the other lady who works there when karime is not available. So my bill was due on the 18th of this month and I had been so busy thru the week I honestly had forgotten to make my payment. As I had just paid my other phone bill i literally straight up forgot to pay my cricket bill. So on the 19th I visit this location. Hoping to be assisted by karime but she was off that day. Instead I got the other chick with glasses and a bad attitude. Upon entering the store she was sitting in the chairs at the table in the middle of the store watching tik tok. I told her I just needed to make a bridge pay. She then proceeded to tell me that since I didn’t make my payment on it’s due date or make a bridge payment before my phone was cut off that I was going to have to pay the whole 73.00 to turn my phone back on. And that it was impossible to make a bridge payment. She noticed the large sum of money I had in hand and just assumed that since I had the money(which I could’ve paid the whole bill. But I had other things to handle like first month and deposit at this apartment) I should pay the bill. She was very rude on top of that so I just left the store. Today I get a text from cricket saying that I’m able to make a bridge pay even after my phone was suspended. Which I did. But my thing is. Why lie and tell me I can’t make the payment when clearly I was able too. Worse customer service ever. But karime. Is the best. That’s all.”

“I'm a loyal customer, and I'm here at least,,, well, let's just say I'm here a lot. Even though the store is usually packed, no matter what time/day, you can always rely on someone helping you out within a matter of seconds. All of the interactions I've had with the employees here have been pleasant, and friendly. With any place, some more friendly than others, but those 'unicorn' friendly employees are rare, but this location has their fare share. :)The only issue I've ever had here was work done on a 24" M1 iMac. It was really no fault of their own though, but more of a stubborn iMac that didn't want to cooperate. What seemed like a logic board problem, soon turned into a display problem, but then the display they received was faulty, and had to be replaced with another display before it was finally fixed. The entire repair took about a week, but as I mentioned, they did everything they could, but some things were just out of their control.All in all, I'm happy with the Apple Store at Fritz Farm. I'm glad they moved from Fayette Mall, because it's much easier to get to, without having to walk a mile.”

The Geek Squad at Best Buy, took the time to assist me, while I was at the store, they also removed some software that the scammers had put on my system. They were able to removed it all, however, I’m watching my security info and making sure they aren’t attempting to get back in!Love this place!”

“My wife loves target she loves shopping and I like targets to because they are a cool nice department store that isn't bad to go in and check out for sure. So when we were in the area we stop by this target and gave it a shot should I just go in and shop at different locations another stay out in the truck sometimes I go in at this time I went in and it was a nice clean establishment I like looking at their novelty T-shirts and kind of walk around looking at different things while she goes shopping for her stuff so overall solid experience”

Freddie was his name, I think, and he did a really good job. After the wait, he fixed my phone in under 5 minutes, so I highly recommend this Verizon store.”
