Visited yesterday afternoon and have to say the gentleman working in there was very pleasant and helpful. I really appreciate your kindness. You know who you are with he air freshener....lol.And you said something I thought was brilliant.... you said.... can I ask you one thing? Promise me you will come back and visit us at least 1 time. I went in at 7:55 to grab a pair of pants and I'm glad they were still willing to let me in right at closing time. Excellent customer service.

The store was clean and well organized. It was easy to see everything and find my size.The employee was nice and efficient. We had a return and he made the process very quick.The prices are a bit high but this is typical for this brand.

I have been a loyal customer to EB for more than 10 years now but I have to say that this location is the last location I would ever go to make a purchase. I have been to this location 4-5 times now even though I had tons of bad experience in the past but always wanted to give them another chance. NOT ANYMORE. THE STAFF IS NOT WELCOMING AT ALL. Every time I use my rewards, the employees make faces, don't say a single word, no greeting or asking if any help is needed. You definitely feel guilty of using your own rewards to make any purchase. I would love to see a new staff that is more welcoming and is actually willing to work and help their customers.I have seen them treat other customers and have seen them treat us. The tone and their attitude changes based on the color of the person they are talking to. Never been this disappointed at a retail shop. I hope the staff changes for good.

They have a very knowledgeable representative working during the holiday experience in store at the Fayette mall, it makes purchasing based on need alot easier. I don't know if you've ever had to work at a warehouse, but for basic set up and dependable clothing that keeps you warm and is close fitting so it doesn't snag, this is a good place because they sell camping, trail and active wear for our doors. Thry have some good sales and good selection on things from lunch bags to back packs to knap sacks for both genders.

Staff was too busy chatting about coffee and espresso makers to even greet the few customers as they walked in the store. We were there probably 10 minutes and not once while we were in the store was anyone greeted or assisted in any way. When we were leaving someone took thier purchase to the register and the chatting continued among the 3 employees the entire sale only asking the customer for the payment without skipping a beat of the conversation. Less than impressed with this visit for sure.
