I assumed there would be no charge since they couldn't fix my printer. When I asked about the charge he got frustrated and said I'm not going to argue with you and rolled my printer out to my vehicle. I would've gladly paid the $35 fee if explained properly. I seen no reason for him to get upset therefore I do not recommend.

I dropped my projector off last Tues to have it looked at and fixed. I called back a few days later and again this afternoon ( a week later) and still no one had looked at it. The guy said he would look at it and call me back. He called about 5 mins later and said it looked fine, he couldn't see anything wrong with it. I explained to him that when I had it hooked to VCR (to watch movie) I could hear the audio of the movie but no picture was there. He said there was a picture on it as he looked at it. I inquired as to whether he had it hooked to a computer, or VCR and he said no as they don't have the ability or equipment to do that. Huh? How can they diagnose a problem and fix it if they can't hook it up to see what could be wrong? Very disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of knowledge to get it fixed. I will not be recommending this company.

Not impressed. The guy who showed up looked and smelled stoned, I think his name was Josh. He broke a piece on my machine and super glued it back together. He wasn't able to fix my original problem instead he caused more. Instead of fixing my machine he tried to sell me a new one and still charged me for the call. I will NOT use this company again. Commonwealth Printing will get my business from now on. I would not recommend this company. I only gave them one star because there isn't an option for no stars.

EBM has a very friendly, knowledgeable service staff. Their response time is fast and they work quickly to resolve the problem.
