Duplicator deserve everyone of the 5 stars and more. I have dealt with them since moving to the US from South Africa 6 years ago. We have purchased 2 Lexmark Printers and an Epson Scanner and on every occasion their service has been absolutely exemplary. I am never surprised when I hear each company member tell me how long they have been with the company for. That tells its own story. This company is highly recommended! Keep up the excellent work!

I work for a relatively large church in Berea, KY. Dan and his team brought our new copier last Friday. They stayed until I understood everything. They were so kind and made what might have been an overwhelming change an enjoyable experience. I am grateful that we chose Duplicator Sales & Service.

I did not have to do anything. Dan and his team took care of us and there was never a time when I thought "I need to copy something but I can't." We have a newer machine, pay less per month and all I had to do was get up from my desk so that drivers could be installed. Virtually painless. I would recommend.

Duplicator Sales & Service; the name says it ALL. Dan Burch has been my sales representative for almost 20 years. He has helped equip 4 offices (companies) with copiers, folders and duplicators. Dan listens to what our needs are and doesn't try to oversell. Each time I look for a new copier, I reach out to other companies, even do side by sides...I still return to Duplicator Sales & Service. The Service team is outstanding, the office staff is quick to answer - I never get an answering machine - NEVER. I would - and do - recommend this company to everyone looking for office copiers.
