Donna Elder went above and beyond in her work in helping us sell my Father's home. She ran errands for us and gave me rides when ever needed. She is a very compassionate and caring realtor. She listened to all concerns of the seller and worked with us to rectify any situation that came up. Everything went smoothly. She was recommended by another realtor we had used before. Short story, my aunt past and left me to be the executrix of her estate. I live out of the state of Kentucky. Donna provided information about probate, sold my aunt's house in less that 1 day on the market for more that the appraised value and closed with out me even being present. When I say, professional, considerate, hard working, that's an understatement. She was there for me from start to finish. So GRATEFUL for you!
