I have been bringing my cars to Don Jacobs BMW and Honda for years. I’ve been very happy with the service departments. The people working there do a great job, are always courteous and kind, and I trust them to do the work that’s needed and not recommend things I don’t need. I’ve always had the utmost confidence in the staff there.

Great experience! RJ worked with me and he was fantastic from start to finish! Even replied to my text on his day off. He got the price on the vehicle to a price that I was comfortable with too. Just an all around easy, smooth experience.

I came in for a service appointment this week For my X7. I had intended to purchase a maintenance ultimate care plan as I am about to expire with the factory one. I spoke with Cristina, who was awesome went over the different plans pricing and even answered all of my questions about vehicles. I was contemplating trading it in for a new one and she had me speak with Alec, who is a BMW genius. Alec showed us a model, went over numbers, went over processes, had my vehicle appraised and was genuinely just amazing to talk to. We do live an hour away, so we went home, to discuss. Alec answered all of my questions as well as updated numbers and worked very hard to get where I would need to be. The math just didn’t add up to where I needed to be. Alec was very professional and absolutely amazing to work with. When it is time to upgrade My BMW, I will make the hour drive to see him.

Terribly disappointing. I tried to purchase a car online from them as I don't live in Lexington. I agreed to buy a pre-owend car at their listed price and began the purchase process. I was immediately approved for a loan from my bank and gave the dealership those details. They gave me ever reason to believe we were moving forward with the transaction. Then they sold the car to someone else and didn't tell me. They clearly can't be trusted and don't know how to treat customers. The other customer was also not local to them. I should also probably note that they add $1500 in dealership fees to the list price, so be prepared for that.

I was sold a car that was VERY broken and the dealership knew it was broken. The lady forced warranty down my throat for a reason bec yet again they knew it was needing a new trans, and major idle issues. 7 months after having the car it has been in the shop for 4 MONTHS! Don Jacob’s won’t return my phone calls and they ignore me. Some of the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. This is the first big purchase of my life and they looked at me like a dumb young guy they can rip off. And that’s exactly what they did and now they don’t return my calls! Absolutely pathetic business moves by them!! Disgusted and I will never recommended them

Bought a great used car from Joe and Phillip, in fact everyone in the dealership was very pleasant and did not bombard with high-pressure sales tactics. They also gave a fair value for my trade.

Have been getting cars from them, specifically Johnny, since 2009. He is a wonderful person and great to deal with. Drake and Nathan were awesome and Ben closed the deal in a very cordial and friendly way. Vanessa in finance was excellent and although she was clearly exhausted, since we closed the deal at 8:15 PM, she answered all my questions and was a pleasure to work with. Despite my best attempts, Johnny keeps me at this dealership. ?Don’t see this changing unless Johnny leaves. Their service department is excellent too. Would like to give them 6 starts out of 5, but can’t. Always a pleasure to work with all of them.
