Rip off Dealer. Stay clear of the family owned Dealer. The absolute worst for service. Filed a complaint with the BBB. No surprise there. They refused to answer them. Stay as far away as possible. Rip off company.

I was only making an appointment for a future visit. It was at 1700 so they were about to close. Even so the tech who helped me was pleasant and helpful. So stay tuned ....we'll see what the service value and customer service look like at that time!

Just called service department 7/15 9:25am....to ask about a recall. Young lady must have had a rough weekend, she seemed very annoyed having to take my call.... My business will go elsewhere if in first 30 seconds your rude.

Tried to book work for my vehicle, but the BDC reps couldn’t book appointment without VIN. This shouldn’t have stopped the process and you all might want to consider switching to a different system if it won’t let customers book appointments, especially when that information would be available when the truck comes into the shop.
It’s unfortunate that this place lost my business before it even got started.

I had a fantastic experience at the Richmond Rd location. Ask for Terrell Harris. He was super patient & helpful. Great guy, great car-buying experience. He listened and figured out what suited me better than what I already had in mind. They've gained a long-term customer for sure!

Don’t buy a used vehicle here , these people are straight out Liars , They sold me a Bad vehicle and one business day the car broke down , The penalize me to put me on another vehicle that had transmission problems , you’ll be better off going to a buy here pay here, then not purchase a car here you will regret it ..

I drove onto the lot today I asked the price of a vehicle from Mr Carpenter. He told me to scan the sticker on the vehicle and it will tell me everything I wanted to know. Am I my own sales person? Do I get commission?

There should be an option for zero stars.I sent my 2016 Buick Regal there to be serviced since I had a check engine light on. I told the mechanic that my oil sensor has already been replaced and I took it to 2 other mechanics before I took to Don Franklin. The Don Franklin mechanics replaced the oil sensor again and that cost me $300! Next, they said it was my ECM, ECU and they were going to charge me $1500. No joke guys, this module is a plug and play and you need NO tools to replace the ECU. It's actually easier than replacing the battery. The part only cost me $200. They refuse to give me back my $300 for troubleshooting steps I had already done twice. This place is a joke!

110% recommend Don Franklin Auto. Katrina was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through all the car details before and after the sale. Everyone on their team gave us attention and again 110%. We would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and especially Katrina.
