Don't really like going to these stores.This particular one is always dirty. On saturday I was on my way to deliver a eulogy at a funeral. I'm a veteran with PTSD and I wouldn't wish this on anyone because it makes you hyper.Scared and vigilant all the time. I go in there and there seems to be a sale going on.There, so many people in there. Got my two tins for my beef strogan off. The people were the line.It was incredible it was all the way back to the back of the store. There was a young man in Henry clay high school.Gear with dread locks with highlighted tips at the register. If I could give him fifteen stars I would handling that kind of workload buy himself and keeping a positive attitude. After waiting a while I exclaimed Young man are you by yourself. He seemed to not know what to say at first so he said yes. The little old ladies around me were asking me for help.They're telling me it's like this all the time when they come there. I can't pass up.Standing up for some little old ladies plus I needed to make my funeral.This was an incredibly stressful situation. One of the ladies took my three items that I had to get and I went looking for the other employees. Your manager and whomever else that was working back.There was doing absolutely nothing in the back room nothing. I actually surprised that when they started scurrying around as if they were working which they were not. There's a tall black man bald with glasses.Who would not give me his His name. I There was a white woman.Maybe in her 30s with some kind of crazy dye job looked like she had some Whitehead phones on as well.Don't know who else was back there if any. After waiting another 10 minutes after asking for help opening up another check outline.Still nothing.That's when the customers around me started to confide It mean that it's like this all the time.And he is not the nicest person to deal with. I asked for help a third time and nothing. At this point I went back to the room.They were sitting in following the gentleman.I asked his name.He gave me a 1 800 number that goes nowhere.I asked who was a district manager was.He gave me a 18 hundred number that went nowhere. After that he literally slammed the door in My face. I've been in management for quite a while if I found out one of my managers was treating a staff member of my customers.This way there would be immediate counseling to include up and two termination. Try to.
Call some other dollar trees to find out who the district manager is.They all know this Victor person.And they all know there's a problem there. I will not mention her name here.But one of the employees stated that she's been to that dollar store and have the same Experience. She also stated that he slammed the door in her face as well.Even after she identified herself as a dollar store employee. Victor is not a good person if this is how he treats people.Also victor you are no manager and should step down or be removed immediately. Someone from the company needs to do something about this chicken wire canoe He's mistreating your employees and mistreating your customers. I will never return to this location again.Honestly.Honestly, it's just a few more pennies at Walmart.I don't think I will go to dollar Dollar tree again. This ranks with probably in the top 3 worst retail's experiences.I've had in my entire life. To the ladies that asked me for help.Ladies I kept my promise to you wherever you are. Please give this gentleman victor the appropriate counseling. He is no manager and that's no way to run a business.You're losing revenue By increasing the checkout time frustrated people etc. .It's just not good business.

Everything was so clean. the makeup was in sections based on brand, shelf’s were fully stocked. And the lady at the front desk was so nice to us.

A much larger and cleaner store compared to other ones I've been too. There new frozen food selection is amazing to me if your strapped for ?. Surprised that they even carry cheese and eggs. Plenty of good stuff in each aisle.

Employees who phone it in. Store in constant disarray. Always a huge line, no matter the time of day. Most of the time not a single word is said during checkout, last time I was there cashier had headphones on and never spoke to me.
