Excellent service and extremely reasonable! I live 100 miles away in Elizabethtown Kentucky but I still go back to Dillon Tax!

This place is a joke anymore... they have done my parents services for over 20 years. And because they no longer take drop offs and no longer make appointments they are losing my services. Dad has Alzheimer's and we were gonna walk in anyway but you get there and are 11th in line with someone that has outbursts and does not understand why we could not just drop them off and come back... the staff at the front desk is rude and hateful, no understanding and no compassion! So therefore all the miserable people sitting in the "lobby" (not really, a joke of a space with nothing to look at but walls and the hateful women, oh and cheap buffet chairs that are not in that great of shape to sit in!) just another sign that all you are worth as a customer is the money they collect from you at the end... it has been an argument for the past several years about how my folks taxes would be done with these people and I only wanted to return this year because we lost mom and figured they would be the easiest to take care of the issues that come with that... don't waste your time or energy with these people!!!! There are way too many other options out there that are less expensive and nicer if you just call around! And I don't mean H&R Block or Jackson Hewitt in Walmarts... call your local businesses and ask!!!

Worst service ever: This was our first time experience with them and they screwed it up completely. Their employee Fill the forms (needed in our case) incorrectly and when our request was rejected from IRS they said that they hire some "professionals" part time and now they are not responsible for this poor service. I will never recommend any one to use this service better look somewhere else at least someone who can take responsibility if something comes up. They are rude towards the customer. Pathetic.TO Dillon tax service: Have some decency to take responsibility for your faults.

The service is ran on a first come first service, so I walked in the door the first person and was assisted, told to take a seat, 20 minutes later three other people taken back not me 25 minutes later I left, this office seems to cater to old people and are not following the policy they set. Front desk is nothing but cranky well matured old ladies.

Knowledgeable, friendly people. They had 2 customers getting their taxes done, and me. Currently no crowds. I've been going to Dillon for 30+ years- never a problem. The state tried to cancel my refund one year- one call from Dillon- issue resolved and check received.
