Terrible customer service today. Been buying most of my apparel at Dillards for over 25 years, spent thousands of dollars. Never tried to return anything until today. Had a shirt about one month, had a hole in shirt, I had no receipt. Told sorry can not replace. I will never return. Charlie Roy

My sister wore these $100 shoes for 10 minutes, went barefoot into the restaurant because she already had large blisters. Dillards refuses to give even store credit because they appear “worn”. Worn so much the sticker is still present on the bottom of the shoe. I don’t care how worn shoes look, at least Amazon would allow you to return something that caused serious blistering. Beware of buying anything from Lexington Dillard’s shoe store.

Didn't have a huge selection of MIL dresses for a wedding. Pretty pricey. Found about the same at JC Penney's for less.
I guess everything has gone to ordering online these days. I still like to try on clothes.

Pricey but nice merchandise. Always clean. Sales associates, especially in cosmetics, tend to be overly aggressive. It's a nightmare for someone avoiding social interaction.

Having moved from Chicago and missing Marshall Field Company,
I was so happy to find Dillard's, the Marshall Field of the South!
A beautiful store with helpful staff and a wonderful selection of
merchandise in every department. Great sales.

Reviewing their men’s clothing department, specifically suits, shirts, ties, it is very encouraging to see staff wearing dress clothes themselves. This exudes knowledge, confidence and and appreciation for this seemingly dying art.
I purchase suits regularly from Dillard’s. They carry brands of excellent reputation (Hart, Schaffer and Marx, Ralph Lauren to name a couple).
Thank you, Dillard’s for maintaining this standard of service and product quality

Dillard’s is so helpful with finding things at discounted prices! I had been on the hunt for a KAVU sling bag and they had a nice selection marked down from $60 to $21 each! The sales associate was helpful with answering questions and getting us what we were looking for! We had looked at other sporting goods stores around town and Dillard’s had the lowest price!

Not a big fan of this big stores. When I see prices over 100 dollars for a pair of sandals. I just run out of the place. Shoes are very nice,just out of my budget.

Could not find what I was looking for but ended up spending a lot of money which I like and 2 pairs of sneakers very expensive I hope they fit I think they are a little big because there sizes were 9 and 9 and half so not sure about them but can not return them in 3 days so I am stick but I guess that is what it is thank you very much
