AVOID THIS PLACE! Purchased a car in February - still getting the run-around on title and tags (it is now May). They lied to us and told us the lender was requiring a warranty - we found out during loan closing that this was a lie. We went ahead and kept it just in case, which was a good thing because the starter was bad and had to be replaced within a month of owning the car. These people are dishonest and shady!

Bought a car in October and am still waiting on my license plate. I have received 3 temp tags now. I have been calling every several times a day and no answer. My temp tags expire tomorrow and i cant get through to anyone at all

My biggest regret; trusting thiis dealer and buying on-line, Worst place to buy a car; extremely poor service; unprofessional services , these guys will not answer your calls and even when they do, they are evasive and rude, My experience at this dealership is worst than you can imagine. Will not send title despite the fact that purchase was fully paid for with cash and worst of all they will not tell you.the reason for they delay. Please avoid this dealership as much as you can.Car was poorly maintained, tire was all different, sold vehicles requires maintenance showing on the dash. Parking sensor on the vehicle falling apart., painting showing different colors..

I would think twice before buying from this dealer. Bought a car from them, it uses oil severally. Now I am going to have to put an engine in it.

Amy the sales lady was awesome, helped me for a week, helped me secure a deposit before another customer bought it, went through all the hoops it took to deal with my financial situation and still made it happen on the v70 Volvo.

Well I went and bought a Prius, left and it had a major problem, reading a C1214 code, 2000$ later on top of what I paid for the car wasn't a great thing to do, they had to have known too, because I found a FIXD OBD reader already in the car,be sure to bring a code reader, probably won't ever do buisness here again.
I even messaged the dealer and asked if they'd like to make it right, and got ghosted, perfectly fine people unless they don't need your money anymore, I mean I'm pretty sore about it. Thankfully I'm not broke.

They found a car in my price range and worked with me on the pricing. no salesmen falling all over you. They are a bit shady however! They will tell you what you want to hear to buy there vehicles even if lies. I bought assuming there’d be issues and there is however Amy went on about how great it worked and it’s already in the shop mucho deniro to fix it. Faulty fuel pumps are there specialty from the sound of it. They had cheap Chinese fuel pump that already failed ?

Worst car buying experience ever!Bought a 2012 Chevy impala from here was told nothing was wrong with it.5 days after having the car the fuel pump and fuel sensor went out! Called to complain and they admitted to knowing the car had fuel issues but didn’t tell me at time of purchase. Once I had the car towed to a shop I got an estimate for the fuel pump and sensor and they refused to pay for it! They wanted me to tow the car to Kentucky (I live in Dayton Ohio) leave it with them for a week to be fixed all on my dime! I was responsible for the tow bill to get it there! Also upon further inspection. 2 out of 3 of the blend door actuators were unplugged and bad. Also the blower motor and heater core are bad! They refuse to pay a shop close to me to have it fixed! So I’ve had the car a month and was only able to drive it 5 days! It’s sitting at a shop to be fixed! There is over $2000k worth of work that needs to be done to this car! $1500 is the fuel pump and sensor just to make it drivable again! This company is shady they lie about their cars and what’s going on with them just to make a sale! Amy lied straight to my face saying nothing was wrong with the car and it had been checked by there maintenance! Then changed her story when I caught them in a lie! Worst experience ever! If you buy a car from them take it to a shop to be inspected before purchase!!!!!!!

9/23/2023 Purchased a used car that was advertised as "Runs like a dream and everything from the engine to the battery is functioning great." There were dash warning lights on that we were told were minor and could easily be addressed. Asking price was $5,995 and we agreed to pay $6,000 total. Upon trying to address the warning lights, we discovered they were not minor, but indicated a major, common brake problem that would cost $3-5k dollars in parts and labor to repair. I immediately contacted the dealer and they responded hesitantly. I told them I was open to several options including repair, reimbursement or return/replacement and they have become unresponsive.As most used cars, this was purchases "as-is", but that is not a blanket protection, because they advertised the car in their own words as "everything is functioning great", which is the condition we bought the car "as-is" but turned out to not be true and it seems that they are refusing to stand by their own advertising.

Awful dealership, lied about true issues with car, had it in the shop 4 days after buying it. Once that was done and over with, they sent me a registration with the wrong name on it!! This place is utter trash if you want a car buying process to go swiftly and smoothly.
