They wouldn't price match a t-ball bat. It was the same brand, same color, made the same. Manager wouldn't price match because the lower price was a "2022 model" theirs was a "2024 model". A cashier wouldn't allow my daughter to use a coupon because it's just a weekend thing. ?

Google maps posted pictures of guns and ammo at the store. Drove 15 minutes down from my hotel to look at them, and they do not exist. I hate misleading photos. Wasted my time completely.

Great experience today. A worker named Matthew could tell I was having trouble looking for something and didn’t hesitate to help me. He went to the back and got what I needed since it wasn’t out on the floor.

I came into this Dick’s Sporting Goods and was very kindly greeted by this young teenage man. He used great manners and his hospitality was above and beyond. This young man’s name was Mason. He helped me find everything I needed, he was patient and he is just a great man all-around. I know he has a bright future and Dick’s Sporting Goods has done an amazing job teaching their employees how to be outstanding people. Thank You!

I went here for a soccer ball, primarily a Premier League ball, I like the balls they showcased, like Serie A, etc. I got the ball I was asking for. A lot of the balls were deflated..I checked out the clothes, a lot of Nike, which I liked. But, a single pair of Nike Sweatpants where $100. It’s overpriced. The cashier was hilarious, she smiled, but then her voice was just so monotone. It’s very expensive, but I like the store.

SUPER OVER PRICED PRODUCTS. Manager acts as if someone's trying to cheat her when the same type of shoes they charge $12 for online are all black. And ONLY the all blacks ones are $11.99 ? will not be back lol
