They serve you and you leave super fast, it doesn't even last 20 minutes, they have bathrooms, easy ramps, the employees are friendly, the security staff just need them to give you coffee, hahaha, excellent ??

DHL/Smuckers is the location with the orange colored dock numbers. Don't use the entrance by them, it's relatively narrow with high curbs and steep enough where you could scrape your trailer's ICC bumper. Go to the entrance by doors 41/42 (entrance with evergreen trees), then come down to DHL. Check in at the corner of the building. Trailer must be food grade, slide tandems before bumping dock. No overnight parking. Heavy loads (40k lbs). Loaded me in approximately 20mins.

Definitely enter at entrance before them. Otherwise everything else was great. Easy and quick process. I was loaded hella quick, shout outs to the guy at the window who checked me in and loaded me ?

Arrive only 15 minutes before appointment, they will turn u away, no onsite parking, loaded 1 hour12/8/2023- arrived at 1000 for 1300 pickup, received door assignment

Only 3 stars because there's limited staging parking area. Some spots are blind side back in only. Not the dream shipping place but at the end I got my load in about 2.5 hrs. I've seen worse. This wouldn't be my first choice if I was to pick a return pickup place.

For drivers coming every direction but West, I would take 75 to exit 108 Man o war Blvd. Then go west to Palumbo Dr. I was loaded in an hour and 15 minutes. There is no overnight parking.
