From start to finish, we had a great experience with Designer Cabinets. Cari could not have been more helpful! She communicated very well and worked to make sure we were getting what we wanted while staying within our budget. Never once felt like we were being sold to, just great customer service. Highly recommend!

I’m one of those difficult customers, wanting the best on a budget and Paul helped me to design the kitchen of my dreams! We had to tweak it a few times making adjustments for design and budget and it ended up just beautiful! Thank you for all you did, we’ve had many great meals with a large Thanksgiving family gathering that was enjoyed by all.

While they will come across as super friendly and helpful at the beginning soon enough if you want to discuss design changes there is an air of annoyance with them. I was very close to ordering but I couldn't get clarity on the designs since I had a wall that had some unique aspects to it. I would keep requesting if they could call back but the owner just didn't care. While they may offer a good price, I would be very careful if you are ordering online with them. Might never be able to get a hold of them or deal with a frustrated owner.Service: Cabinet construction & installation

Paul is amazing to work with, very responsive to answer all my questions. He goes above and beyond to help me with recommendations for kitchen appliances as well. My cousin will need their kitchen redo next month and will certainly contacting Paul again. House is still a mess after renovation so pictures will be posted later!!

Ordered with a 1-2 week lead time. After 2 weeks with no communication, I called to review my order. The person who answered the phone said the person who deals with orders wasn’t available, took my info and said they would call me. The next day, I hadn’t heard anything so I call again and get the same response. I finally received an email stating my ship date is March 31st. March 31st comes and no contact, or shipping info. I sent an email, no response. Having to dispute with credit card company.

(My rating is actually 4.5.)I recently ordered cabinets from DCO and found Paul to be very responsive and courteous. I had some issues with the manufacturer, which is not under Paul's control, but he readily resolved for me. He definitely wants to make sure the customer is satisfied. I also don't think you can beat his pricing.

They have the largest selection of cabinets and counter tops around at the best price. They also have an all professional staff to adress all your needs. I will never shop any where else again.
