I have been a State Farm customer since I started driving over 28 years ago. I recently moved to Lexington and needed to do an out of state transfer for my car and renters insurance. I met with Mark and his attention to detail was second to none! He was friendly and helpful, even providing delightful dining recommendations and other local tidbits to assist with my move and settling in. Following our visit, Debra called to welcome me to the area and thank me for my business. These interactions are spot-on why I have always chosen to stay with State Farm. They are, indeed, good neighbors and Mark and Debra certainly made me feel at home.

We have State Farm insurance in Ohio but our child needed renters insurance in KY and our Ohio agent couldn’t write an out of state policy. I’m so glad I called this office. Marilee had everything done for us in less than 24 hours! We called the office at 4:59 pm and the declaration was in my in box before 1 pm the next day! We couldn’t be happier with the excellent customer service we received from her. I highly recommend Marilee. She’s an exceptional agent.

When you're kid is taking an apartment a thousand miles away from home and needs renters insurance, it was great reaching out and finding Julia at the local State Farm office. I'm pretty sure the whole process took less than a half a day.
